I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. From the moment I made my purchase, I felt like I had no room to ask any questions. After putting on the new spectacles, I felt uncomfortable and tried to express my concerns. Instead of showing care or giving more information, the staff simply brushed it off and told me I’d get used to it. That’s not the kind of service a customer should receive at the very least, I expected someone to ask how I felt wearing the new glasses and explain things properly. When I asked about the results from the machine and whether my power had really increased, I was told it wasn’t accurate. If that’s the case, then why is it being used? Am I not allowed to see or compare the results? As a paying customer, I believe I have every right to understand the changes and differences in my prescription, especially if something doesn’t feel right. Now I feel very uncomfortable with this new degree, and to make things worse, I have to go back again. Honestly, I’m so disappointed. All I wanted was a bit of attention and clear communication. Please improve the way customers are treated and help us feel heard and taken care of. So upsetting .
