Having eaten quite a few authentic Hunan food in China I do not think this is good. I can understand the seduction of the place with their free snacks and ice cream, their supposedly members prices, their burners keeping the food pipping hot. But the food itself is bland and lacks the punch that real Hunan food provides. Guess they catered to our local tastes really well that’s why they are so popular now. I ordered hot chrysanthemums tea and was given this orange coloured drink that barely taste of chrysanthemums.
The staff do provide excellent customer service. If I am eating out with others that cannot take spicy food then this place is acceptable.

Came for Sunday dinner time and it was packed so be prepared to queue. Staffs were nice to hand out drinks and snacks while waiting.
I like the stir fry pork with green pepper, chicken mushroom that is like a soup. The century egg with brinjal was interesting but that definitely need to share.
The rice came in a pot which was kinda cute and we really like how well cooked the rice was. There are free flow ice cream too. Prices are affordable for the portion. Oh sign up for free membership to get discounted prices.

Located on level 2 of the mall.
Bright, clean and neat environment to have a nice meal.
There are some signatures must-try dishes, the “Golden Broth Sour and Spicy Fish” and “Hunan Stir-Fry Pork”, that are just simply good.
Prices were reasonable.
The services rendered were good. The staff were friendly and prompt. The food was also served with minimal waiting time.
Guests could also enjoy free ice-cream and snacks too.
Overall experience was good.
Strongly recommended.

Great restaurant, great services from staffs. Good quality control and clean. Hunan stir-fry pork&Golden broth sour and spicy fish is so delicious, totally recommend these two signature dishes, a must try. Pumpkin stew also tastes good, light and smooth stew. There’s also free snack and ice cream. Also got a $10 voucher for next dining. 11/10.

very friendly attentive staff. expect to queue during peak hours. you can "pre order" your food and send the order once your party is seated. sign up as a member to enjoy some discounts and benefits.
the century egg side has a unique twist in flavours and uncommon dish worth to try. tea is refillable. their signature fish soup was flavourful and not spicy, kids friendly, but do watch out for some small bones. the rest of the dishes were 👍

Don’t know what’s the hype ?
Go try it. It’s really good. For those who think that Chinese food is all about numbing, spicy, oily. Think again. It’s actually not as potent as it seems. It’s very manageable. The stir fried pork with green pepper was so good. Century egg was also good. And there’s free ice cream for desserts. Almost every branch you will see a queue. Recommended !!

I was told this is a must try hunan cuisine.
We were here during weekday for lunch, it was quite full house but as we were only two pax, easier to get a table without waiting.
In my opinion, dishes were of generous portion. Nice to eat but if I need to queue for hours, i would not do so. I personally don't fancy to queue hours for food.
Two dishes which we ordered did earn our liking. Both were not salty..
The service was fabulous, which I think that elevated our dining experience vastly.
Kudos to the teams!
NOTE: Cashless payment

Highly recommend for people who doesn’t take mala level of spiciness to try this restaurant! Food were well prepared and tasted delicious. We even have a special complimentary dish for our birthday star! Cake was allowed to consume in the restaurant; I’m grateful for that!
Service were very efficient by the crews! Thank you to staff Pei Wen as well for helping with the table arrangement and food recommendations!
Atmosphere was great, staff crews were very patient and friendly. Despite the queue, my family still able to enjoy dinner in peace and eat well together. Celebrated birthday and consume our own cake till the end with no disruption. Thank you so much xxhc!

I had dinner twice at this place, and the service was really good. The food was delicious, but the wait time was always quite long.
When it comes to dishes, they’re quite generous. One serving can easily be shared by 3-4 people.

Food is above average. Portion is decent that you feel that it's worth your money. Green pork chilli dish is nice, altho a bit oily. One dish was very slow in being served, and they waived it off from the payment. Really good service recovery!!
Will return to try other dishes!!!

Came by for lunch on a Monday. Place was fairly empty when I got here as it was still early, around 1130AM. It got packed shortly after.
Free tidbits and ice cream near the entrance for patrons - would be good if they offered some free drinks too.
Anyway, placed our orders with the waitress. Not the friendliest service from all of them, but most of them were receptive. Ordered their signature golden broth sour spicy fish and I feel I really enjoyed it. Flavours were great & very generous with the portion. Iced lemon tea was refreshing.
Overall a good experience.

Supper fast food serving. Dishes are delicious and good presentations. Signature iberbor pork is nice. Craypot tou fu just average, vegetables is good. Service is very good. Payment a bit slow, not sure why. Top up $300 and receive additional $50 value.

Imo, Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine at AMK Hub brings authentic Hunan flavors that feel like a warm taste of home.
My meal with friends—tangy bamboo shoots stir-fry (SGD 14.9, no spicy), claypot tofu stew (SGD 15.9, no spicy), golden broth sour and spicy fish (SGD 32.9, no Sichuan pepper, less spicy), steam rice/pot (SGD 7.9), and a bottle of pure drinking water (SGD 1.9)—was a comforting hit for our group of four.
The tangy bamboo shoots were crisp and zesty, the claypot tofu stew rich and garlicky, and the golden broth fish offered a mild, flavorful broth that paired perfectly with the Wu Chang rice, steamed in its signature pot(i love their rice)
The total came to SGD 73.5(if you become members will be 61), a fair price for the generous portions and premium ingredients. With friendly service, complimentary snacks, and the homely vibe. Sharing bill with friends and family is better kay.😁
Xiang Xiang’s is well-deserved—perfect for a hearty, authentic Hunan home meal!

The food tastes good, but a bit on the pricey side. Something simple like rice was really delicious with a nice springy texture, but slightly too expensive at $1.50 per bowl.

Great spot for tasty Hunan food—bold flavors and definitely spicy, though there are milder options if you’re dining with kids.
The Angus beef stir-fry is our top pick. For something different, try the pumpkin shrimp & tofu stew. Warning: you’ll probably end up eating a lot more rice than usual to handle the heat!
Portions are big, service is friendly, and the staff might even recognize you if you’re a regular. Food comes out fast and you order via QR code. It’s often packed, even on weekdays—best to go after 8pm to skip the queue.
Our favorites:
• Golden broth sour & spicy fish
• Hunan stir-fry pork
• 18-second Angus beef stir fry
• Pumpkin shrimp & tofu stew
• Bursting mini tofu bites
• Garlic sautéed lettuce
• Changsha chilled rice noodles
