Came around afternoon period and quite crowded. I am first time ChiCha SanChen customer so I wasn't not sure of the ordering proces. Staff Mandy seem like she dont want to work at all and tapped the screen really hard when keying my order. Her face colour was black like I offended her by being slow. She never spoke properly at all to customers, which I find quite disrespectful. The drink I ordered, Ding Dong oolong with Honey, is very nice though, but pls trained your staff better so they can serve customers.

Staff was super rude at the outlet today. We visited around 6pm. One of the staff shouted "walao eh" and gave us a black face throughout when we were collecting our drinks. No one deserves such a behaviour and to be treated like that as paying customers is absolutely disappointing.

Mandy is hardworking and patient, even when handling a long queue by herself. Despite the rush, she served us diligently and took the time to offer us a taste of the new flavour. It's surprising that she was working alone on a Monday at peak hour, especially with the promotion going on every Monday. It would be great if there were more support on such busy days~

It really sucks when you thought that you've written them a review, singing their praises, just to realise that the previous location pin was removed. Anyways really enjoy the bubble tea here. Everytime I come by for a hair cut, 80% of the time I'll walk out with an extra bubble tea. Simple indulgences, but it's there.
