EduGrove Mandarin Enrichment Centre at AMK Hub represents Singapore's premier Chinese language education destination, annually voted by parents as the best Chinese enrichment centre and winner of the Industry Star Promising SME 500 Award. Located at #03-07, this innovative learning center was founded in 2011 by Jerry Theseira and Dong Yue with a mission to revolutionize Mandarin education through engaging, drama-based teaching methodologies that make language learning fun and effective. As one of 11 nationwide centers, the AMK Hub location serves the Ang Mo Kio community with specialized programs from playgroup levels to secondary education.
EduGrove's comprehensive curriculum offers classes for students aged 7 months through secondary school, including specialized programs for international school students and non-Mandarin speaking families. Their award-winning teaching approach emphasizes interactive learning through Circle Time, Active Learning Games, Improvisational Drama, and Written Exercises, breaking away from traditional rote memorization methods. The center's outstanding academic track record shows over 70% of students achieving PSLE Chinese scores of 75 marks and above, with many improving from C to A grades within six months through their engaging HSK Chinese, Business Chinese, and Survival Mandarin programs.
