I was thrilled to get Dunkin Donuts as i had a craving for donuts. However, to my dismay, not only was the food/drink terrible, the service was below average as well.
Firstly, the lady didnt know drink and told me its coffee(as though i didnt know).
Then, when the drink was prepared she had accidentaly got some chocolate drizzle on the plastic bag, so she used a tissue to wipe it off and shoved the used and sticky tissue into bag. This happened before my eyes and she didnt even bother to hide it.
Second, the drink had a syrup that added a bad artificial taste and aftertaste.. The donut had texture of a cake. Which is not what I wanted to eat. It was crumbly and dry, which is odd to see from a donut place. The topping just tasted of sweetness without flavour.. I dont know whats the idea behind this product.

Tasted like expired milk, does not even taste like teh tarik at coffee shop. Worker raised her voice, malay lady wear hijab showing black face and frowning. Please review the products before selling. Teh tarik shouldn't be tasting like this. Thanks..

Told the lady over there that I wanted the strawberry frost donut, but instead, she reached for the chocolate one instead. After countless reminders that I wanted strawberry frost, she then joked with her co-worker how I changed my mind. I told her from the start repeatedly that I wanted strawberry?? I was speaking at a notmal volume as well. I hope that you can do something about this.

I felt scammed. Took the 6 piece donut and was told by the staff i can take 2 bottle drinks. But when make payment, it was charge at 2 buck per bottle. Should have told if i want an add on. Not an honest way of selling. Was quite schocked.

Horrible staff, not just 1 but all 3 there were unenthusiastic and not helpful minding their own business instead of tending to the customers, macik muttered some malay words to her colleague when i requested for a plastic bag nicely for my donuts. If so unhappy to provide then why have in store in the first place? if need pay extra just say. absolute worst experience from dunkin’.

Wow...very bad service. They waste all my coffee by dripping here and there take diff. Order. It's already my 2nd time. If the cashier and the service staff want to work, they need to be trained and learned. Wasting time and money here. They don't know how app works and blame.

Strawberry-filled Donut:
Donut was on the small side, finished it within a few bites. The middle was filled with a large air space. Wished there was more strawberry filling. The filling could have been less sweet and made with more strawberries, so that it would taste less artificial.
Service was excellent though, keep it up! I appreciate the warm and friendly staff. They took pride in their work and prepared my order with efficiency and accuracy.

AMK today. Despite how busy the stall was, the staff were so friendly and warm! And were v patient with me as i was trying hard to decide what flavours to choose (there were so many compelling options to choose from).

I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude and praise for the exceptional service I received yesterday while waiting for my bus. When I accidentally broke my glass bottle, I was mortified and worried about making a mess. But before I could even process what had happened, Meria, one of your staff members, rushed over from a distance - despite your stall being quite far away - with a broom and pan to help me clean up the mess! What's even more impressive is that she volunteered to help without me even asking, demonstrating a genuine desire to serve and assist.
Meria's kindness, quick thinking, and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a minor inconvenience. It's clear that she could have easily chosen to ignore the commotion, but her heart to serve and help others is truly admirable.

Been too long since I last had this. Decided to get this as there's some great promo with some app. Bought the Earl Grey Mochi Mochi & Ice Chocolate.
Didn't know they now had mochi donut. Taste-wise is average as can't really taste much of the Earl Grey & can't really taste much of mochi though when chewing you get a faint of the chewy texture. Ice Chocolate is not those ready made kind.. They really put chocolate powder, milk and then manually stir it.. Loved it's rich & not too sweet.
