It was an appalling experience. I don’t usually write reviews but this deserves to be known. We celebrated Father’s Day here, the following happened.
1) We ordered a medium-rare steak, but what arrived was a very small portion and severely undercooked (nearly raw). Unfortunately, we didn’t capture a photo.
2) We brought this to the manager’s attention, after discovering that the middle section was literally raw. He offered to have it recooked. However, they simply re-cooked the same piece of meat, which raises concerns about food safety and hygiene.
3) Our waffle order was incorrect — we received an original waffle instead of the red velvet waffle we had ordered.
4) They replaced a red velvet waffle but the waffle was doughy, soggy and undercooked. Overall, it was poorly prepared and unappetizing.
I would strongly urge anyone to consider these issues before visiting this outlet.

I was around the area and decided to have lunch here with family since it has been a while we visited any Swensons outlet. Arrived around 12 and the crowd was OK
Had to wait a while as the staff were busy at the table with other customers. All staff are polite and approachable.
Ordered the food via their inhouse tablet and took about 10 mins to start serving our table. The sides and soup are OK. Main dishes wise is disappointing as it does seems precooked and oily. Main dishes were generally left unfinished due to this.
Ice cream does not go wrong here and was the most enjoyable dish. If one should go for the topless 5, you may do without the sides addons.
Generally nothing to shout about and will likely not visit this outlet again.

- Speed: My main courses took 45-50 minutes to arrive. Restaurant was busy, but that’s no excuse at the price customers are paying.

To say the least, the food was pretty disappointing and abysmal. Here’s what we ordered:

We thought the Beef Arrabbiata was bad, but the Mala Chicken Pasta was horrendous. They mixed plenty of peppercorns, peanuts and dried chilli into it. The tiny beads of peppercorns were such a hassle to remove, and they had to be removed, one by one, because the taste is just bad. Take a look at the picture - I couldn’t even bother to finish picking it out.
The Garden Veggies side that accompanied the Sambal Fish was just downright pathetic. Nothing like the picture in the menu (of broccoli and carrots), what we were served was 2 small pieces of corn and 3 measly sticks of snow pea.
The fish included in the Oriental Fish Pasta tasted sour. Funnily enough, the best dish at the table was the a la carte side of fries - crispy and extra fried.
I seriously don’t understand how they can serve these dishes of terrible standard. Perhaps their more western dishes would bode better, but I wouldn’t know because I wouldn’t be patronising again…

We had a pleasant and comfortable lunch at AMK Hub, and I would like to highly compliment the outlet manager, Richard. He was attentive, friendly, and alert — almost the star of the place. Even during the busy period, he managed to oversee the whole restaurant with ease and kept a warm smile on his face.
The food was served hot and promptly, and the atmosphere was comfortable, making it a truly relaxed and enjoyable meal.

Had a pleasant dining experience at Swensen’s AMK Hub. The food was delicious, with good portion sizes and quality that met expectations. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable for a relaxed meal.
Prices, however, are a bit on the high side, which might make it more of an occasional treat than an everyday option. Overall, it’s a nice place to enjoy a tasty meal if you’re willing to spend a bit more!

I had the pleasure of dining at Swensen's at amk hub recently, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.
After placing my order, I suddenly had to rush home for a delivery I had forgotten about. I offered to pay in advance and asked if they could reserve my seat and food until I returned. To my surprise, the kind elderly waitress refused my payment, assuring me that my seat and meal would be kept on an honor basis.
True to their word, when I returned about 40 minutes later, my seat was still reserved. Both the elderly waitress and the restaurant manager warmly welcomed me back and promptly informed the kitchen that I was ready to eat. This level of hospitality and trust is something you don’t see often.
Not long after, my sambal grilled fish arrived, accompanied by coleslaw and fresh garden vegetables. The fish was perfectly grilled with a smoky, spicy sambal that packed just the right amount of heat. The coleslaw was crisp and refreshing, balancing out the bold flavors, while the vegetables were fresh and well-seasoned.
Beyond the delicious food, it was the warmth and sincerity of the staff that truly stood out. Their kindness and commitment to excellent service made me feel valued as a guest. If you’re looking for a place with great food and even greater hospitality, Swensen's at amk is a must-visit!
