you paid for the food which turn out a disappointment. Ordered a 3pc Popeyes Wings Combo (Spicy) which cost $7.90 and the wings were shocking to begin with! 3 small little pcs and a mash that doesn’t look fulfilling? $7.90? Seriously?

Finished ordering at 6:43pm (2 pcs meal with mac) Order wasnt ready until 7:11pm Order isnt even correct as was served root beer instead of pepsi black as shown ordered on receipt Takes almost 30 minutes to get 2 pieces of pre fried chicken and pre cooked mac ready? Is this still fast food? Where have the standards gone Portion size for mac n cheese ala carte at 3.20 is ridiculous, just charge a higher price for a reasonable portion. Served just 2 spoonfuls of mac? Chairs are dirty, clearly who ever is in charge of this outlet doesnt give 2 shits about standards After taking a look at a few of their 5 star reviews, noticed that are many accounts with 5 star reviews for only multiple popeyes outlet 🤣 Are these reviews legitmate or fake??

First time had to actually make an effort to write a super bad review. They want to introduce a new breakfast menu but standard isn’t there, even the waffle is burnt on the underside, it felt like the staff wasn’t train to use the waffle machine properly or the machine was faulty. I hope all the bad reviews eventually will get the management to resolve the understaffed issue, as i think it isn’t the staff’s fault. Cut cost = cut revenue also, and you gain unhappy customers.

One of the worst service experience I had. Waited about 7 to 8mins, screen showed preparing n then number went off.. Thinking it was ready I went to the counter, manager and staff both on their phones.. Knowing someone in front, it did not occur to them to ask "how can I help". Another staff came to assist n told me 6mins to be ready.. when I returned to the counter a few mins later, that same staff looked at me n then started to prepare the order.

Good location because it’s in a mall and this eatery is big where you can get seats easily but the main point you paid for the food which turn out a disappointment. about atmosphere, clean all of it but cux of mrt u can feel tremors. food wise, fries are best. chicken not much flavour but well cooked and nice. about the spaghetti not worth it, just taste so plain. mashed potatoes also not much flavour.

Make a cash payment at the counter. Waited for more than 5 mins for the staff to attend to me. The manager & the staff did not even tell me to wait for a moment even thou i stand near the counter. They don't even smile at the customer. When being serve the manager just ask me Number with no manners. Such a bad attitude & service.

Visited this place 3weeks ago from current date of posting this review...Idk why but the food given was just utter rubbish. My CCA mates and I planned to eat popeyes after our lessons, but once we order and received our food. We were just disppointed Mine: I order my usual 2piece chicken with rice, but holy hell the rice was not even half the cup, same goes to the gravy. Chicken was small as hell CCA mate 1: ordered a burger that has the smallest chicken patty known ever, and just tons of veggies slapped on it CCA mate 2: Ordered 2pieces chicken, 1 wing and another is just big flour chicken like wtf This was our first time visiting the popeyes at AMK Hub and god it disappointed us all

Kiosk Take away. They are so busy, forgot my cajun fries in one of my order. In 2nd order, the drink was missed out, onky when I asked they remembered to add it in! How? Could they forget to add the cajun fries. So dissappinted Please check your orders

It was an extremely satisfying lunch of Fired chicken. It was juicy n fresh, spicy n so yummy. Glad my cheat day was on this brand. Had visited another 1-2 mths ago n its was so so so dry n small. Just omg. Tis popeyes chicken indeed 👏.....been awhile since my last n glad i came here today. Service frm staff were all good as well. Very nice from the lady at counter.
