Over the years, the service and quality has only gone from bad to worse. The lady serving is very rude and some of the takos has no filling at all! All I’m eating is a ball of flour. Last month I bought 10 of which 6 takos has no filling. Today got four, the first one I ate has no filling and the second one the wrong filling. But based on last month, I don’t expect the last 2 to have anything in it too.
I think they should change the stall name to Wow Ta-KOSONG since so many of the takos had nothing inside!
This stall doesn’t even deserve 1 star, if I could give 0 star I would.

Auntie told me it was so nice that someone bought 4 to 5 box X 15 tako balls. When i tried it..it was terrible... tako batter was so thick that it was not appetising...the batter was slightly burned and the sauce and mayo was so watery like water.do u need to save $$ on sauce.. it is a important component for the takoyaki ball. i bought 15 balls x2 box for $20 hai..waste my money and strength to carry it home to eat this terrible balls.

Worst service ever, auntie was shouting at me for orders. And yet the sauce is like to the bare minimum which I order 12 nos why can't give me more sauce?? And add on bonito flakes cost $0.4 what I rip off. Won't go back again anymore.

Should have read the reviews. Auntie was indeed rude. Balls are starchy and a few had no fillings. Ultimately the mistake was mine for not checking on reviews before trusting them with my cravings. PTSD

The flour wasn’t done right, it was somewhat grainy and undercooked, so the takoyaki fell apart when I took a bite. (Perhaps too much water or wasn’t cooked enough?)
I casually mentioned this to the auntie and she said it’s because I’m not meant to eat it fresh (?). I should wait for 5min before eating.
Which I did.
This time it was worse. It was cold AND it still fell apart.
I hope the owner of the business (whether it’s this auntie or not) takes all the poor reviews seriously and do something to fix their product quality.

The senior female staff at the store keeps ringing the bell non-stop for the whole hour that I was having my dinner at the store in front of WowTako. It gave me a huge headache. She didn't bother stopping and many people were visibly annoyed. Bad attitude, definitely don't recommend.

I usually dont review, but this auntie has a really bad attitude and her tako standards are dirt low, like its so bad if i got it for free id still throw it out, and im not someone who likes food wastage.

No logic. Had the promotion so wanted 12p and requested if they could seperate into 2 boxes because i had one person who doesnt want the sauce. Told me cannot. Have to order 6p and 6p box. 12p is $8.20 but 6p×2 is $5.40×2 so $10.80. I dont see the logic, only want to cheat customers. Still bought cause i had people that wanted takoyaki

Not recommend! Auntie tie attitude not friendly. I come at 11 plus, auntie not yet cooking and ask me wait for 5 mins. Come back 5 mins later, only able to choose 3 differen filling of the takoyaki ball if not wait for 30 mins. Sauce and filling very little. I will travel further distance to dhoby ghaut buy than here.

The food id oke, but the service is bad. I waited for more than 30 minutes to have my food, because the stall opened late. I talked in English, and already explained that I cannot speak Chinese, but the cook insisted to talk in Chinese. She knew that I've waited her to finish cooking and that I was her first customer, but then she served an older woman first. In the end, I could not get the amount of takoyaki that I've wanted, because the older woman also ordered the same kind of takoyaki that I wanted. And when the cook took my order, surprisingly, she talked in English. She served me with a sour face and did not take an inisiative to cook some more takoyakies for my order.
