Had a 40 min back & shoulder massage on Wednesday, 6 Aug, 3pm at the AMK Hub outlet. The masseur used the same pressure throughout.. the strength was appropriate for the shoulders but look what happened to my upper arms. Bruising started the next day and got worse on the 2nd day! The photos shared were taken exactly 48 hours after the massage. I’m not going back to them anymore for more abuse even with left over sessions in my package!

Usual place for me to get a foot massage when i am at AMK Hub. They are horribly pushy with their packages but today’s experience is the worst.
Also did not tell me “must make a reservation” when i enquired about a foot massage slot. Made me come back at 3pm to tell me “oh you did not make reservation”. Why doesn’t the receptionist tell me at the very start? Probably because she was busy chatting away with her friend at the counter. :)

I go to the branch here and Harbourfront quite frequently. Every foot massage is so good that I always doze off. I find that the massage is helpful if you are jetlagged. HOWEVER, and this is for the Wan Yang management, stop getting your staff to hard sell packages. I had to say no at least 5 times at the end of each visit. Any relaxation has been negated by this poor customer experience!

The SHIFU here is really knowledgeable with a 2 decade experience and worked really hard to relieve all the tight knots in my neck, shoulders and back in a deep tissue message.
Really appreciate the professional knowledge the SHIFU has on all the tight muscles, acupoints and finally giving them a fresh breath of life when the blood circulated freely after an hour’s massage.
