Staff are professional in both foot and back massages. Friendly and nice staff. Ambience, very comfortable and cooling. Highly recommended.

Had a 40 min back & shoulder massage on Wednesday, 6 Aug, 3pm at the AMK Hub outlet. The masseur used the same pressure throughout.. the strength was appropriate for the shoulders but look what happened to my upper arms. Bruising started the next day and got worse on the 2nd day! The photos shared were taken exactly 48 hours after the massage. I’m not going back to them anymore for more abuse even with left over sessions in my package!

Have been with this outlet for a long time and very familiar with the staff. Recently I have an arm numbing issue which saw great improvement after I try the electric moxibustion therapy combined with the massage. Cui Cui is an excellent reception staff!

I go to the branch here and Harbourfront quite frequently. Every foot massage is so good that I always doze off. I find that the massage is helpful if you are jetlagged. HOWEVER, and this is for the Wan Yang management, stop getting your staff to hard sell packages. I had to say no at least 5 times at the end of each visit. Any relaxation has been negated by this poor customer experience!
