I did not purchase the item because I wasn’t able to test it properly, due to the unprofessional attitude of one of the sales staff (a young man, around his 20s, who I believe is Malaysian Chinese). He was extremely rude and impatient. I was inquiring about the massage chair and wanted to check with him regarding the pressure and the areas it targets, as I couldn’t feel the pressure. When he checked, he confirmed that it was already set to the highest pressure. Instead of assisting me further, he sarcastically told me, “If you can’t feel the pressure, then you should use a hammer to hit your leg instead.” What kind of attitude is this? Despite feeling upset, I tried to stay calm because I understand that working in sales can be challenging, and perhaps he was just having a bad day. I then asked if I could try other modes, but he dismissively responded, “This is all a massage chair can do; there’s no need to try any further. It’s all the same.” What kind of nonsense attitude is this? Am I purchasing a $5 toy, or do I not have the right to try the product properly? Was he in a rush to go home? I left the store immediately after that, only to see him standing at the side, using his phone. This was an extremely disappointing experience, with terrible service and an unacceptable staff attitude.
