I had a package signed at J8 and when they closed, they shifted my package to AMK hub. I had 2 sessions left. I went last month and it was still quite ok, except that they kept persuading me to sign a new package.
Today I went for my last session there and suddenly they told me my package don’t include scrubbing the dead skin off the bottom of the feet. I was shocked. I told them my package is classic mani and pedi. They said yes, but it doesn’t include that. I was baffled. All along to my understanding classic mani and pedi include that and so far all my sessions were inclusive of it. I told them and they gave it to me begrudgingly.
Then I also told them my package is inclusive of sea salt. They said it’s also not written and I proceeded to show them my sms with the previous gallery. Then they went and added a small teeny spoon of sea salt for me. Later on I saw them giving a big scoop for another of their regular customer.
At this point of time I was rather annoyed but I didn’t mention anything. Towards the end, my manicurist had to handle the counter and some other customer that walked in and she did a sloppy job for the coloring. I mentioned one part of the nail was uneven and wanted another layer but she said after the top coat will be ok.
However I came home to see that my 2 of my nails colors had chipped, it’s only 4 hours after I didn’t mt mani pedi!
This was such a disappointing experience. Was it because I didn’t want to renew my package hence this treatment?

Don't come. Go in at your risk. Tell me pedicure at $32 discounted for me coz I requested for no nail painting. Even took off my shoes for them to see and she saw that I had a bit of gelish leftover from 4 months ago but never say need to add on any charge and agree to $32. At the end, then tell me got soak off charge and charged me $6. Fine. Then at the nets payment, suddenly tell me need GST charge. So become $40plus. What a rip off. And kept hardselling me, halfway say my skin too thick need add on $38 for a solution to soften it which I declined a few times. Then kept asking me to sign package. Was going to intro my friend to this at first but now No thanks.
Update: bleeding after she cut my toenails...still look like this the next day.

黑店。do not ever go to this shop or sign any package with them. The last I went they say my package expired and the last session will be forfeited if I do not continue. But as it is a new package, today I waited for 20 mins for them to clarify on the package I signed if it included classic gel. They said it does and so we proceeded. Only to find out that I have to use 2 sessions to pay for just simple gel mani and pedi. And when I clarified with them, their attitude was badly, especially the senior Nicky. She totally black face and just keep saying cannot when it is their fault. There was no apologies from the new staffs who told as well. Unskilled, my nails are bleeding as well.
I wish there is a zero rating but they do not even deserve one star.
If the management is reading this, if u want ur business to continue, you need to know how badly the customer are being treated. Same goes to the branch at Bishan.

The plump lady who seems like she’s in charge speaks in a pompous manner and she’s never wrong. She will talk down to anyone like a wet market auntie. Everyone else is of a lower level compared to her. Forget about service language nor service there. The staff doing my nails was unskilled and my gel nails peeled right after shower that night and more on the following days.
By the 4th day, most had started peeling.
I don’t feel any joy nor relaxation when getting my nails done in this nail Palour . As much as I like the variety of their colours and the clean concept over there I feel that I will get better service else where. Maybe if u spent a lot of money there u will then be treated like a vip and attended by seniors whereas the rest of us will be served by newbies with the risk of awful jobs and cuts.
If you are the owner you might want to look into hiring better employees before she tanish your reputation.

This place is a scam. They offered their manicure at a discount to entice you and once you start the service they constantly push you to 'upgrade'. They do not clearly explain the prices and cheat you into paying the amount they want for really bad service too. When asked to explain the exorbitant final amount on the receipt, the lady raised her voice and started yelling in front of the other customers. Did not offer receipt for service despite being asked also. The service, ambience and the attitude are utterly unacceptable. Please do not waste your time, money and energy here.

i went there last sunday to avail their gel mani and pedi promotion. i was very satisfied on the pedicure but with the manicure, the manicurist kept on cutting my cuticle till it bleed! the bad part is, after ONLY 3 days, my gel nail polish already starting to peel off! i paid $130+ 'coz of some additional and surprisingly got GST as well. i really called and complain and asked me to come at a working hours timing. hoping the gel nail polish will be better once i come back to redo my nails.
update after a week of the redo:
so i went back and Venice was very accommodating. She also did my nails and i am glad with her service. my nails are still in good condition even after a week.

I am serviced by Nicky, and shes super nice and kind! During the whole manicure sessions, she was so patient and listen to what kind of nails i wanted. Not only that she even recommended me some really nice nail polish colour. The overall experience served by her was comfortable and nice! I would come again for her service!

I was serviced by Venice, at AMK Hub, for a classic pedicure. She was experienced and did a very good pedicure for almost 2hours. She was friendly, patient and understanding. She introduced good deals and did not force me into taking packages. Good ambience and message chair as well.

Firstly, their hygienic is top notch. The tools for the mani pedi are not reused. Instead they comes prepackaged like in an autoclave bag that are freshly opened for each client.
Secondly loved their bubble situation for the pedicure spa.
Staff are very nice.
I went for a pedi session that I bought thru fav and they didn’t oversell it too much.
