The self-service kiosk was out of order, so I proceeded to the counter for assistance. Although the staff member was present, she did not acknowledge me or offer help during the five minutes I waited. She continued with her own tasks without greeting me or asking me to wait. Weekday noon shift

Mr Coconut should REFUND me my $5.90. You can't just copy paste your apologise comment here. I email [email protected] but you NEVER REPLY. SCAM. I can see your dirty tricks. Don't scam customers like this. Ordered Coconut Mango Shake at Ang Mo Kio Hub branch on 2 January 2025, 5.19pm. The mango shake is a SCAM, mango taste is super diluted, only 10% in drink. Can’t taste much difference compared to original coconut shake. Blend is LOUSY, huge chunks of coconut blocks not blended. I choked on it every sip. I vomited after drinking and had stomachache for hours. The drink SUPER diluted, so many chunks of unblended things. Sell so expensive, no standard. REFUND ME MY MONEY. NOW. I say, NOW. No excuses.

One of the many stores of Mr Coconut. Mr Coconut serves great refreshing and tasty drinks. I loved their avocado shake and also their mango shake as well. One thing to highlight about this company is their membership benefits - a free drink on the member birthday month. - accumulation of spendings for redemption for free drink or upgrade. A great concept coconut drink store! Think other competitors are having a hard time to catch up with them. Strongly recommended for those who haven’t try their drinks yet. But do note of the ultra long queue!

Hype for coconut drinks nowadays. It's really cooling since the liquid is coconut, and they have the coconut flesh in the drink. The coconut flesh is manually scooped out by the staffs. Priced at $4.4 for Medium-sized, which is normal bubbletea price, not something I would usually pay for. Location is B1 of AMK Hub, right in the middle which is quite obvious. There is a standing/waiting area, and collection point is in front of the logo. There is a display for number there, which I guess is where they want you to wait. It used to be long queues, but recently they introduced a mobile kiosk, which is a smart move. Nets, paywave accepted here. There is a membership system in place, and you can key in your mobile during purchase at the kiosk. Free drink during your birthday! Queue number and collection point seems awkward, but not sure where's a better place either

I like this kiosk because the kiosk machine setup was organized properly, updating the stock regularly as well as preparing the drink step by step.
