Very disappointed, we ordered 1 soup, 1 braised pork knuckle, and 1 steam pork at "恒记" Herbal soup stall at Kopitiam Amk Hub.
We realised the pork knuckle skin was not clean but with a lot of hairs. The taste of the meat was not fantastic too.
I am wondering if this is the standard, how can I trust their hygiene on the other dishes. And how the ageing customers can see the hairs of the pork but eat it up.
We decided to show it to the staff. They give us a blank face, did not say anything, or feeling sorry.

The real example of expectations vs reality. Make your photo realistic. Don't deceive your customers. I was shocked when I received it. I even asked if it is the one I ordered. Pls if u use syrup then in the photo put syrup. Simple as that so not to mislead people.

The chicken rice was okay — not bad, but nothing to shout about either. Service was just average, not friendly. It’s fine if you’re hungry and in the area, but I probably wouldn’t make a special trip for it.

I am green beam soup crazy and like alot. Feel got energy when drink at morning.
But sadly, during this month it become sweet alot.Suggest to reduce sugar for green beam soup and red beam soup.

This is an air conditioned food court located inside a neighbourhood mall. Offering multiple food options. I had noodles and the portions are rather small. Cost $5.80 Taste wise to good, just be prepared to order side dishes.

Bought their Egg Thai, Thai food, basil mince meat.. taste ok just that too dried on the mince meat.
Also ordered chicken hotpot， chicken hotpot taste good except for the chicken dices a little small pieces.
Overall ambience looks good with this design except for the seat arrangement still a little too close. Especially with the heavily crowded during dinner time it's made it difficult to carry your foods to move around looking for a table.

Newly renovated Kopitiam food court has a surprisingly decent range of halal stalls. Usually you get the obligatory nasi padang and Indian mee goreng stalls.
This time, there’s a good 5 halal stalls, namely Sumber Ayam Hainanese chicken rice, Kjjong-9 Korean cuisine, Cik Lim’s Yong Tau Foo, Beradik Western and Halim’s Fish Soup. Just thought the Huat2 chicken wings/satay could have been halal too.
We had the mala YTF and Halim Fish soup, both pretty decent with excellent service. No grumpy hawker with attitude.
They would have gotten 6 stars if they added a Hokkien mee/char kuay teow/carrot cake/or luak stall. The same one you find at the Vivocity basement food court. The Malay chap who fried our char kuay teow and white carrot cake did such an excellent job with it! Still remember how it tasted.

We had a small gathering lunch for a group of 5. Ordered $8 Fried Hokkien Mee, $7.50 fried oyster, $6.50 black / white fried carrot cake, $8 fried Dumpling , $8.80 of Thai fried basil pork rice with Thai milk tea, kopi O and Tea C from the kopitiam AMK Hub. Food was delicious, though the serving is smaller compared to the hawker centre. Plenty of seats and the service was quite fast.

This food court has it all. Korean, Japanese, Malay, Indonesia, Chinese food etc.
Lots of healthy options and many Halal stalls too.
Lots of available seating.
Must try are the Duck Rice, Herbal Soup and Fuji Izakaya and Oyster Bar

Great Atmosphere @ AMK Hub Kopitiam
The newly renovated food court has a great atmosphere. It is more brightly lit than the previous one, with particular attention to leave the full length windows unblocked to let natural light in. This has given rise to a more cheery atmosphere.
The food quality depends on which stall you go to. This is the experience with a few of them I have been to:
1. Chicken wing stall - wings looked great but when I opened the takeaway at home the wings were smaller and very dry. This was definitely not what they displayed. 1/5
2. Hokkien Noodles - noodles a bit hard and there is no sotong. Prawns are ok but unshelled. 3/5
3. Chendol stall - overall not bad but it was $3.20. 4/5

Looks like it was newly renovated, so I went there for dinner. Order 2 dishes from the halal western stall. The food is okay. Service was good.. the drink stall had a super long queue . Lots of seating area.. not to crowded

Specially went to buy the soya sauce chicken from Wang Ji Traditional Roast which was having offer at $8.80. In terms of taste and quality of the spring chicken, it is quite average but for that price it is value for money.
The chilli sauce has a good ginger and chilli taste and not overly spicy. The stall was very busy today and had to wait about 20 minutes for our order. Service staff was polite and helpful.

It was pretty crowded on a weekday yesterday but I managed to find seats easily however but the tables were dirty. I could not find anyone to clean the tables so I cleaned it myself. I noticed that there are only four halal food stalls and there is no sight of vegetarian food.
Ordered Sweet & Sour Pork Rice with Scrambled Egg at $8.80 (payment is cheaper when using Fairprice app)
Verdict: 8/10
Comments: Sweet & sour pork is cooked well and the scrambled egg is fluffy but slightly salty. Waiting time is about 10 minutes. They sells many popular HK delights such as pork cutlet fried rice, seafood beehoon/horfun and baked cheese rice with pork chop.
Ordered 3pcs of chicken wings at $1.80 each; total at $5.40
Verdict: 9/10
Comments: Barbecued chicken skin is so nice and chicken meat is tender and it tastes so good with the chili sauce. It satisfies my craving for it.

Visited Kopitiam @ AMK Hub and had western food. I ordered the Smoked Duck Aglio Olio and Salmon Aglio Olio. Unfortunately, the Aglio Olio was oily, and the mushroom soup was overly salty. As seen from the pic, theres only a few miserable pieces of smoked duck and the meat was tough and very dry. The salmon portion was okay however, it was again quite dry. I do however like their fries.
For a better dining experience, suggest you walk all the way into the food court for a more air conditioned space.
$8.90 for the Smoked Duck Aglio Olio (+$3 to make it a set)
