Very poor customer service ,Four Leaves AMK HUB!The queue is very long but cashier aunty and the packing aunty still can slow motion and gossip about customer. The bottom of the bread sometimes very dark like burned.TERRIBLE.

To the Management at AMK Hub branch: This feedback is about the cranberry/rasin scones. The quality, taste and standard has dropped a lot. It used to have a very nice buttery flavour but this is longer there.

Bad and strange policy. I bought two slices of cake, and asked for two big candles but this lady at the counter insisted that I could only get two small candles. As the small candles are brittle and break easily, I asked the change to the big ones. The two cakes are for two different ppl too so it doesn’t make sense for them to share the 1 big candle. The service staff refused and said that I can only get either 1 big or 2 small candles. Since when are candles so precious? The rules on the counter don’t state this as well, so I’m not sure if she’s just being stingy with the candles. This lady also didn’t give me a receipt after my purchase, so I don’t know her name

New variety teriyaki chicken is so “disgusting” & mushy without any trace of teriyaki at all. Garlic bread is not nice at all. Pls brg back nuggets & bacon pls. Pls taste yr own food before launching. Thanks.

My mother likes the bread here very much. But she encountered something unpleasant recently. One time, she saw a fly in the bread cupboard and kindly reminded an employee named Miko. As a result, the salesperson rolled his eyes at her. My mother also said that she didn't know why such a big company hired a salesperson with tattoos all over his hands and wearing rings and earrings? Don't they know that people who work with food are not allowed to wear jewelry? Or do your company employees not take hygiene classes? I will file a complaint with the Ministry of Health about your company.

I am a regular customer and really love your breads. I understand your new operation hours are till 9.30pm. However on the 17th April 9.25pm, I rushed in to try and see what I can grab for my breakfast tomorrow, what happened? The ladies working in the shop were exclaiming "关灯，关灯“ (off the lights ) and then proceeded to off the lights when I was trying to grab some leftover breads. I want to know that operation hour till 9.30pm meant what? Stop selling at 9.30pm or all the staff end work and leave work exactly at 9.30pm? Is my money cheap or something? Buying 3 to 4 pieces of bread and paying will take less than 2 minutes I think. Why should they chase me out? Totally bad experience. I don't think I am that bad looking to warrant your staff to chase me out by shutting off the lights. Top management should look in to ensure outlets adhere to their respective operation timings. I am really offended.

The cashier, Ms Jane is super rude upon hearing that I need 4 cakes on top of the brownies on the tray! Isn’t you should be happy with more sales. You sounded that I gave you trouble for buying more! Do customers deserve this kind of treatment buying from Four Leaves!

Very rude and unhelpful staffs. I saw an old aunty with a walkimg stick in one hand and holding a small pack of bread in amother hand. Aunty accidentally dropped the pack of bread and the china staff started yelling at her. She dint help yet scolded the poor aunty.

I go to Four Leave today around 6.15pm 6/8/2022 ,the bread is nice but the staff Ms Lai is very rude... I give star to the bread but the staff Lai 0 star ... very very Impatient and very rude

Not sure why the ratings are so low for this outlet. I have always had good experience with the kind and patient aunties manning the store. Went on a late Saturday evening and the aunties were cleaning up but they did not rush me to make any purchase or chase me out. I got the Hokkaido soft cake and it was lovely. Smelled very strongly of cheese but not much cheese flavour. I love the texture of the cake, soft fluffy and just pure comfort food.

It's a standard bakery housed at the basement of AMK Hub. Pretty straightforward, with the kinds of bread that they serve up. We especially liked the petit pieces, that allow you to sample the different flavors, having the flexibility of not needing to over-commit to any. Do try their tuna and egg mayo bread. They accept most forms of payments as well, except AMEX unfortunately.

Always come early in the morning to buy before work. Bread quality is good. Recommend walnut baguette (not all outlets offer) , plain loaf, tuna bun, bak kwa flower

I would like to comment the unselfish and great attentive behavior of AMK Hub staffs, Ms. Jane and Ms. Yuen Fen. I had bought my new mobile only about a week when I accidently left it at where the cashier area is as I as looking for the coins to give to Ms. Jane for the bakery I bought. I did not even realize that I had accidentally left my new mobile there when I went off happily. I only realize it when my bluetooth earphones couldn't detect my mobile for the music I was listening to. I quickly rush back to Four Leaves at AMK Hub hoping that I had left it there and the staffs might keep it for me. The moment I was back at the counter, Ms. Jane was smiling at me and commented that she is pretty sure I will definitely be back to look for my mobile and passed it to me. I kept thanking her non stop and Ms. Yuen Fen passed by me to top up the bakery and joke with me. I also kept thanking her as well. I wish to comment the behavior these 2 staffs had portraited which other than being unselfish and also being attentive, I really do not know what other words to use. Thank you very much to these 2 ladies and Four Leaves.
