Grossly overpriced. $16 for soft copy of a passport photo. And they asked me to remove my nose piercing and earrings (which is allowed, I later checked). And it’s a terrible photo ._.

The service attitude was terrible.One side of the ear wasn't clearly captured, the mouth was crooked,yet they still argued. As a business,integrity should be the standard,but they acted as sly as a fox. Even giving them zero stars feel like too much credit.

Extremely rude staff and unprofessional passport picture taken at AMK hub branch. The passport photo was taken with top and down angle. If you would like to get your photo rejected, you may try to visit this shop. This shop not even worth one star, it’s worth only zero!!!

I mean for 6x passport size photo @ $17 which we provide to the shop is too expensive especially if you only need 1or 2 latest passport size photo hardcopy for some application administration. There are still some shops around which is at $11 for 4 pieces. Amk hub rental is getting higher and most of the shops had changed to new one.

Very bad experience. This is my first time writing bad review!! Very lousy service and the staff talking like i own her million dollar. Will ask friends and family don’t come here if they need taking photo. Better go other place if not see her face ah take photo also no mood. 谁来谁倒霉！！

now photo shops dont take passport photos for babies meh? came to this shop and the sales person say “oh we dont do passport photo for babies” ?????

Went for passport photo, the photo taking is amateur level. The angle taken is top down, so the photo ends up with the neck barely visable. The shop is too small to take proper photo. If u dont want your passport photo to be rejected, pls go elsewhere. And the charges aren't cheap too.

On the Dec 11 2024 One of the staff is really terrible. She printed out full of black papers. Saying is because of my phone and pdf shown what she had printed. I went there for quite a few times none of this had happened though their attitude are really bad.

If I can leave a review without any star, i wouldnt even have selected one star. Visited the branch at AMK Hub. The service is extremely lousy and one of the ladies can be quite rude. The skill for taking passport photo is also very bad and unprofessional. Top down angle. Given them a few chances (we’ve tried their photo printing service, passport photo-taking service, and document printing service) but it never changed my husband and my views at all. Very unpleasant experience and will never visit this outlet again.

Surprised by the negative reviews as I experienced patient service from the knowledgeable staff, who were also helping seniors who may not be tech savvy. Price is reasonable too and i got my prints within 5 min. Well done!

had a really good experience :) came to print photos, was my first time here. aunty was rly nice and patient when explaining everything to me!! sad to see many sad reviews since i genuinely felt service was great
