Guest Feedback Letter for Fitness First Dear Fitness First Management Team, I am writing to express my concerns and provide constructive feedback regarding my recent experiences attempting to visit your gym as a guest, accompanied by my friend, a loyal Fitness First member. The guest entry process has been consistently frustrating, annoying, and unwelcoming, and I hope to offer a practical suggestion to improve the experience for visitors like myself. When I accompanied my friend to your gym, I was required to fill out a form that includes numerous terms and conditions that are lengthy and impractical for anyone to read thoroughly during a visit. Moreover, there appears to be no verification process for the information provided on the form, which undermines any claim that this requirement enhances security. Completing this form for every single visit feels repetitive, intrusive, and unnecessarily time-consuming, serving only to annoy guests and make them feel unwelcome. When I declined to provide the requested details due to privacy concerns and my reluctance to navigate the extensive conditions, I was denied entry, which added to my frustration. While I understand the need for security protocols, the current process of requiring an unverified form with complex terms, repeated for each visit, creates a significant barrier for guests who are simply exploring the gym alongside a member, without contributing to any meaningful security measures. To address this issue, I strongly suggest eliminating the guest form entirely, including its associated terms and conditions. Since the membership contract already holds members accountable for the guests they bring, I believe this should be sufficient to ensure security and responsibility without requiring guests to complete any paperwork. Allowing members to vouch for their guests, as outlined in their existing contract, would streamline the check-in process, respect guests’ privacy, and remove the annoyance of repetitive form-filling and reviewing lengthy terms that most visitors, myself included, do not have the time or inclination to read. The current process, with its unverified form and extensive conditions, feels like an unnecessary hurdle that only detracts from the guest experience without enhancing security. Relying on the member’s contract to account for their guests would significantly simplify the check-in process, making it more efficient for both visitors and staff. It would eliminate the repetitive administrative barrier that overshadows the positive experience my friend has shared about Fitness First’s facilities, classes, and community. This change could create a more inviting first impression, encouraging potential members like myself to engage with your gym and consider membership. The current policy, with its unverified form and lengthy terms, discourages repeat visits and makes it difficult to fully appreciate what Fitness First has to offer, especially when I am simply accompanying a paying member who is already accountable for me under their membership agreement. I value the opportunity to visit Fitness First with my friend and explore its potential as my future gym, but the repetitive requirement to complete an unverified form with lengthy conditions has made these visits frustrating, annoying, and unwelcoming. I hope you will consider my feedback and the suggestion to eliminate the guest form, relying instead on the existing member contract to account for guests, to create a more seamless, guest-friendly experience. I would appreciate a response regarding any potential updates to your guest policy or steps I can take to address my concerns. Thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to visiting Fitness First again under a more streamlined and welcoming process. With kind regards and best wishes
