Avis Ng was super friendly and gentle, and she explained every step clearly so I knew exactly what was being done. The facial was incredibly relaxing (I actually dozed off!), and my skin now feels so fresh, clean, and hydrated. The skin tag removal was quick, almost painless, and professionally done. They also gave clear aftercare instructions, which I really appreciated. Ever since I started seeing Jenny at Donna Beauty, my skin has improved so much. I used to have a lot of acne and scars, but with her recommendations, they’ve really cleared up. She’s very skilled and always does a thorough job with extractions (though you have to bear with the pain a little!). She also lets me know whenever there are promotions. Jenny is incredibly attentive and caring — I highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for real results!
