BreadTalk is charging 10c for bag for my breads! I will not buy from them anymore! I go support Four leaves!! Poorly stock & refill of variety at this outlet! Cashier/packer did not exercise care on packing breads compare to NEX outlet!

Tried their strawberry Swiss roll cake and it tastes like rubber. Horrible!!! And the cake just looks pink, nothing like strawberry flavour or taste.

Terrible service by male staff at amk outlet. Mini crossiant was not labelled, when we enquired on the price he did not communicate clearly at all. We had no idea that the supposed plain crossiant had salted egg filling inside. Male staff was rude with 0 social etiquette, made comments like why are u still here. Crossiants were very sub par if u were wondering.

Bad mouthing! I ordered barley,not too hot and not too cold cos my daughter wanted to drink it. It came out alwaayyssss very hot. Thn i asked for 2-3 ice cubes. The cashier said it's not hot. I was so angry inside as everytime it is alwez like this and end up my daughter can't drink it at all. Then i insisted for 2-3 ice cubes. Actually i wanted to ask for more cos it was really hot. Inside me i was about challenging cashier to try it if she can drink but i still hold it. She gave me black face and said something behind there with her colleague, i heard it but i just didn't want to confront her and i told her it is bcos my daughter want to drink it. After waiting about 30mnts, the barley is not even drinkable by my daughter. Even i tried my best to drink it! And really had no mood to even eat the reat of the food and left. Breadtalk, please try if you can drink it while it's hot! I asked for just not so cold n not so hot barley! And even tried to help her to make it not so hot by asking for ice cube! Very disappointing! If there is zero star.. i would like to give 0 star

Ordered a yam cake for mother's day. The cake was average, not too sweet and is pretty. We were expecting the old school kind of yam taste. Service was alright though.

The auntie at the cashier is very rude. I believe she is the only auntie there. A lot of White hair and Age around 50-60. Super rude throw the bread at the table. breadtalk company, please do something about her. If she is not happy with her job just gladly quit the job then. Time : 9pm Things she did : throw the bread (LEGIT THROW) after I paid for my bread. I don't even know why I said thank you to her.

Is it reasonable to charge for bags regardless of how many groceries one purchases when your bread is already expensive? We're just buying food, so why should we have to bring our own bags when we come to shop? Using environmental protection as an excuse is just for your extra profit, treating people like fools.

I encountered a bad experience while making a payment at the counter due to the cashier's (who is an aunt) very rude and mannerless behavior. If the aunt is not happy with her job, please don't work at the service line. It is not the customer's duty to tolerate your bad temper.

Apparently this BreadTalk outlet doesn't have the capacity to keep up with consumer demand. Shelves were often 40% - 50% empty during the weekday peak hours, and even more so on the weekends. Honestly, the outlet might as well delay their opening hours a little bit instead of starting at 8am only to have their shelves still 90% empty! To be fair though, their bread selections are of good quality and were fresh out of the oven at the start of the day. I suppose that saves this review of mine from rating it 1-star.

The staff Rio is very friendly and helpful, she helps to resolve my problem of couldn’t find log cake earlier. We merging the Swiss roll in one log cake and deco in the bakery shop on the spot, thank you so much for the helps 👍

Parcel of Love from Breadtalk, $3.3 Saw a few foodies raved about this seasonal item and I gotta try - it didn’t disappoint for sure! The viennoiserie is pretty to look at, so delicate. Outer layer is still crispy when I had it at home without warming it up, which is impressive. The mochi inside is melty and soft, paired with the crispy outer layer - such enjoyable bite! The yam filling is fragrant with note of osmanthus, creamy but it’s too sweet for me. A very decently done pastry, definitely wows me and can pass as cafe standard! Looking forward to trying more creative BreadTalk pastries! Verdict: 8/10 #pastry #orhnee #croissant

This is one of the advantages of having international branches. Philippine and SG branches are almost the same in terms of bread variants and quality. I love the coffi. Soft bun with coffee flavor on top, similar to Korean coffee bun.

This morning (14 Aug) I called AMK bread talk branch to check whether they sell mooncakes. I told Ms Lee Hong (during my visit，I came to know that she was the staff who received my call) that it is too far for me to go to Orchard Thye Mao chan. Such a nice and considerate girl, she told me that I can go to Nex for more choices. I am very impressed by her unselfishness. I visited the AMK bread talk branch and was served by Ms Lee. She is really a helpful staff. I bought four boxes of mooncakes and she packed the boxes in such a way that I could carry them easily. The cashier lady was also very cheerful and respectful to the seniors. I was the third person in the q. When she saw the senior Infront of me holding a tray of breads, she told her to put it at the counter first. This is the first time I encounter such a considerate cashier. It was indeed a very pleasant experience at this branch. With the nice, considerate and helpful serving staff, I will definitely come back again.

I would like to compliment the cashier for his positivity! just visited the store at 2.30pm (1st April). he was so cheerful. The minute i stepped into the store, the whole atmosphere was so welcoming! love his energy and KEEP IT UP!! He makes the few minutes shopping for bread so happy and positive!
