I went to yunnam at amk hub recently for the first time trial. The person contacted me say there wont be hard sell so i think okay can give it a try.
But when i go down during the consultant the female consultant name june came in to scan my scalp she said my scalp was in very bad condition than she say me the price list from the computer 20-30 session for a few thousands so i rejected it cause by right i wanted to just give it a try than she try to persuade me for hours than she willing to let me go and try the treatment
After everything finished another women introduce herself as jessie the manager of the amk hub outlet she also tries to persuade me but i rejected it than she say "哎呀头皮是你的又不是我的你要烂就给它烂”... Her way of talking make me feel uncomfortable so i wanted to leave... They held me inside the room and doesnt let me leave when she comes back again she contiunue her talking and i was not in mode to listen than she say she give me a promotion but need to put deposit than come back again when im free to pay the balance... I rejected it than she say the deposit she can help me pay first than if i dont want anytime i can come back refund and give her back the money...
I think ok la not my money so i agree with them... She went out again and come back than she passed me few hundreds in cash than she say i just pass the money to counter can already so i just followed what she say plus i just want to leave the place! Everything went smoothly after i pass it to counter than they give me sign in the room for the treatment and payment i saw on the tablet its show i paid for $300+ as deposit than i left the place...
Other than hard sells and bad service from the treatment i think nothing is good about trying the trial and i wont be coming back again for the so call deposit since its also not my money! Maybe they also got KPI to hit thats why they willing to ownself take out the money for it who knows 😑

Jess Chan hardsold us so hard, before we even started the treatment. She literally almost locked us in a room and refused to take no for an answer. The thing is we have yet to go for the treatment, so there is no reason why we would sign 2k+ worth of packages when we have yet to even experience it. Turned me off so much I was definitely NOT signing up for a package

Went to do the free trial treatment as advertised by Yun Nam as I know I have hair drop issues hence looking for some professional to do hair treatment but during the consultation they hard sell me their package. Where got people sell package before the treatment begins? What if the service not good or I don’t like it? They even ask their manager to come in and hard sell me the package, spend a good 30 mins trap inside the room with them. After multiple times rejecting them, they give me a stare and cold shoulder and ask me to proceed to the treatment room. After treatment, did the analysis again and another round of them talking to me about the package, told them my financial issue they still ask me to download atome, told them I don’t use atome they insist me to download, told them I don’t want download than they let me go. For those thinking of going to Yun Nam for hair treatment, better think twice, their competitors IYKYK don’t hard sell as desperate as Yun Nam.
The whole treatment duration is only 45mins thereabouts, the rest of the time hard sell package to you
FYI, they state that you won’t be “forced” to sign up a package on their FAQ is a huge red flag, THEY WILL.!!!! Really think twice before making appointment or you will not only waste your own time but waste money too!
