Made an order for collection on the 15th 10am few days in advance. The staff only came at 10.30 and i had to wait about 10mins for the flowers to be done. spending $80 to see it being rushed out in less than 10mins does feels off but it look decent so that’s good.

Ordered an arrangement from Melody who was very helpful and willing to customise it to my needs. Self collection 2 days later was fuss free and the arrangement was done beautifully! 😍 Xpressflower have always been my go to florist. Customer service is top notch and floral arrangement is always true to picture. Highly recommended!

Extremely thankful for Alicia and Elaine for making a customised flower bouquet for me in just 1+ hour! I called before 5pm and Alicia was so helpful, she even offered to take photos of specific flowers I was looking for. I requested my bouquet to be done by 6pm and they delivered. Great communication throughout, Alicia updated me on which colour wrapper i want, how many flowers and what colour I want, which foliage, etc. Elaine matched colours and put together the individual flowers i chose over text beautifully! The bouquet turned out super pretty and just what I was looking for. We picked it up at 6pm. Recommend for those who need a customised bouquet in a rush!

Bad experience dealing with their sales girl. I called to check availability and price of white lilies bouquets and called again to confirm before going down to collect. I was quoted the price $158 twice on phone but the sales girl said it’s $168 when I was there. I asked her why is there an increase in price. She said that the price is in the system. Left with the bouquet without wanting to create a scene. Expected high price or double during Valentine’s Day but not jack up price at storefront. The receipt also shown wrong description. 5 Star for the flower.. Thanks Sam for reaching out to me and refund the difference. Appreciate your prompt response and action.

Elaine was so lovely to deal with, she was patient and friendly. She offered great advice and has great knowledge of the products! To say the least I was quite picky and asked lots of questions, she handled my queries extremely well and was quick to respond.
