I went in for a same hairstyle that I currently have and told the stylist clearly that I just wanted the same hairstyle, just shorter. However, instead of following what I asked for, she insisted on her own idea and gave me something that looked more like a Chibi Maruko-chan style.
While I appreciate that the staff were friendly and the overall customer service was pleasant, I left feeling disappointed. For the price I paid, I expected a haircut that matched what I requested—not something I’ll now need to fix or grow out.
Friendly place, but I personally wouldn’t return based on this experience.

I am beyond furious with how my hair turned out. I went in with clear instructions, even showed reference photos, and the hairdresser either didn’t care or had zero idea what they were doing. I asked for a simple layered cut with light trimming on the ends — what I got was a choppy, uneven disaster that looks NOTHING like what I asked for.
It’s honestly shocking how unprofessional and inexperienced the stylist was. They clearly didn’t listen, rushed through the appointment, and kept making excuses every time I pointed something out. I walked out of that salon feeling completely embarrassed and frustrated. This was not just disappointing — it was infuriating.
If you value your hair, your time, and your money, do NOT come here. I wouldn’t even let them near a wig, let alone a real head of hair. Unbelievably bad.

The hair stylish i believe is not very experience, i went to amk hub branch, 1 of the lady cut my hair, i show her the hairstlye that i want, she laugh, laugh all the way once i sat down. She even look herself in the mirror while.cutting my hair 😤😡 she cut 1 side long, 1 side short. I thought is ok, but after a month, when my hair grow long, is so obvious which u can see 1 side long, 1 side short. When i went back to amk today, this morning, 20th march, i went back and feedback to the lady at the counter, she's like.... what to do? I can't help u, the type of attitude face. She did not even say, y not i ask another hair stylish to cut for u. Is this the way u guys treat your customer? Cut customer hair wrongly, 1 long, 1 short, never even apologise. Even IF u dont wish to redo my hair. Please do something to your service

A decent salon situated at heartland AMK Hub with comparable posh salon standard...my Primary expectation ( Hairstylist Ken) IMHO. Few words and he get my drift on how and what i want....Heartland price which is my secondary requirement. Do go on a weekday to get full attention from your stylist otherwise highly recommended

A friend recommended me to their salon, which I first tried in Hougang, and I absolutely love it. Personally I feel that both outlets’ stylists were professional and well trained, they have a clear image and goal to transform your hairstyle into their signature “oppa hairstyle” as advertised.
Bought their promo package ($250 for 1 year of unlimited haircut), which is super worth for me as the sides of my hair grows out fast which requires frequent trimming/shave to keep it neat. Have been going back for their haircut at least once a month with the package.
Highly recommend this salon for a hairstyle change!

Super pleasant experience with Bee! I have just had one of the most affordable quality haircuts in the North. Bee has made the whole process so comfortable and she constantly checks on me about my preference. She offered me tips on styling my hair too and was very patient with me. No hardselling from the team at all! Environment was clean and pleasant as well. Would be back again! 😊
