Unfriendly sales staff who'd give you a look of distaste if you ask if there are any offers in the shop. Peculiar behaviour considering they're based in a heartland mall. Ask them what's the difference between their $80 product and $35 one, they'll tell you 'the design is different'. They don't need your business, and you'd be happier spending your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Unprofessional sales reps who gossip about their customers while the customers are in the changing room. Lacks training in customer service.
