Got it through delivery. Well packaged. Suggest to use cling wrap to put over the top of the soup container before capping it. And also maybe pack the chilli crab sauce seperate from the wedges. Punching a hole on the top of the box of fried food would be ideal. Portion is good. Good taste. Soup has enough ingredients. Pricing is on the higher side.

My food was ok. Hot and fresh, unlike other reviewers.
The restaurant looks stale, maybe it’s the mall lighting, I don’t know. The chiller is completely empty, the TV screens are dull and colours are weird. The fresh food counter looked sad and the collect here light box was off. I actually thought they were closed at first.
I saw flies coz the tray return area had uncleared food. I can’t blame the 2 staff though. I didn’t see them stop moving the whole time. I think it’s a lot of foodpanda kinda takeaway orders… I was there at dinner time on a Thursday evening.
Maybe the restaurant needs a Reno to spruce the look and feel a bit. And maybe an extra staff during dinner time.

I like this outlet of Soup Spoon, not only becos of ot being near my house, mainly it is becos the staff are friendly & warmth, with good attitude when serving customers. I appreciate it. They could even recognise my family even we come once a few months.
The menu and foods are good too. A lot of choice now. Suits a family to come, even my mom-in-law of 91 yo, likes their foods too.
Keep it up, The Soup Spoon. Good job!
Definitely will be back again.

I ordered the tokyo stew but it had a weird, fishy smell, almost like it was spoiled. Not sure if that’s the intended taste or if something was off. I even went to the toilet a few times after eating. I expected much better quality for the price I paid for.

I don’t usually write Google reviews, but I had to make an exception for The Soup Spoon because they truly deserve it. The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, they’re quick and attentive.
The food is always fantastic – flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. If you’re looking to eat clean, It’s hands down the best place to get a salad at Ang Mo Kio Hub.
A huge thank you to the staff for their amazing service. I hope the staff continues to keep up the amazing service, I’ll definitely visit often :) Highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Dropped by Soup Spoon for.. you guessed it, salad!
Plenty of options, and not bad! Goes at your average salad price too at 15-20 bucks. That being said though, it didn’t necessarily make me full and I didn’t want to spend another 8 on soup. If you’re a salad hunter, worth a try for sure it is tasty!

Standard soup spoon outlet, taste is consistent to other outlets. The salad here is pretty good, but portion is quite small and pricey. The good thing is that the location is very convenient in AMK hub, so I would probably come back here due to the close proximity of the restaurant. Overall I’ll give it 3 stars! :)

The people preparing the food were using their gloved hands to place the fresh raw veggies into the bowls and the same gloves to touch the trays, their mobile phone (phones are known to be FULL of bacteria), and scratch their head. I think the restaurant manager needs to review the hygiene and food handling standards for this restaurant. Service was also quite slow, lunch traffic was not high and we still waited quite a while to receive our food.
