Not the best Soup Spoon outlet to begin with but we frequent it fairly often due to proximity to our home. Please do not use tough croutons for your Caesar Salad, it's so burnt and chewy but when we feedbacked to the staff, he could still say "Oh, we use sourdough bread, so it's like this". May we suggest to the management to not use sourdough bread? Or whatever tough leftover bread simply because nobody eats them? Croutons are supposed to be a crunchy topping, not pieces of leather to train your incisors. I urge the management to fly back to culinary school because this is unacceptable. The mobile ordering Souperholic app is also damn maddening. The image files for coupons are not easily seen and you got to manually click on it to expand the description. Just ask your developer to do a better job. We did not manage to see the free broccoli side dish and asked the staff if they could add it in our order but the answer was "No, you have to make another order again. " Despite the poor serving quantity at AMKhub as compared to other outlets, we have been willing consumers because we believe the nutritional quality of their food is kinda better than many of the junk out there, but finally, enough is enough. We do not have to put up with the lacklustre food anymore as this is our last visit to this sub-standard outlet. The aircon at the basement of AMKHUB is also non-existent these days. Not like it's their fault but it just makes deciding easier for us.

Food is consistently good as other outlet. But SOP and service here is extremely terrible..... Came once and they are yet opened (still preparing) past their opening hours. Today's visit was the worst when I encounter a very rude reply when I asked for the serviette politely.... 还钱给你骂??? Also took a spoon w dried lettuce stuck on it. Hygience level very questionable for such a big branding.. Ps. Scrolled the review and it seem like its the same staff being rude to customers (cantonese speaking lean & tall guy around 30s).

Came here for my lunch break and the staff seem like they are not interested in serving customers. The kiosks were not working well and staff did not provide any explanation or other options. Two customers before me stood around before choosing to leave. I asked to order at the main counter and was made to wait while the staff took their own sweet time. Food took very long to be prepped which is ironic because my sandwich has been sitting on the counter for the past 10 minutes and the staff can’t be bothered to scoop soup in a bowl or put the drink into a cup. edit: after seeing me take the picture below, the staff called to me, asking to see my receipt and they got the food out in less than a minute. so why was i waiting for more than 15 minutes?

Dining area was pretty empty on a weekday. Ordering through the kiosk was easy. Service crew were patient and quick to clear the used trays of utensils and cutleries. I realised that my Rosella tea and spinach which I had ordered on the app was not received by the outlet. It was my first time trying out the app and after sending in, an order number came in without me having to make payment. I went to the outlet to clarify and the staff on duty said the the order did not go through. When I checked the app, the items were no longer available for redemption too. The beef goulash was a tad too sourish and my children did not really fancy the taste. The burger tasted really great.

Took away three sets of soup sandwich sets with three drinks. They packed everything into one bag. And the bag broke before we reached home.. I wonder if they need to pack 3 sets that weighs quite a far bit into one bag. Terrible service.
