Bought a Zeelot screen protector from them (wasn’t given any other option) yesterday and asked if there’s any warranty. Was told that if there’s any bubbles within the next 7 days, I could come down to get that fixed. The moment i reached home, there was a bubble. Went back today and the staff attempted to help me. When i checked, there was dust etc, asked him to relook it and he did so unwillingly. Checked again and there were still spots. Again he was unwilling and this time after he was done, he asked me to check (quite rudely in my opinion) and there was a bubble. How can an electronic store staff not see such things or not be meticulous? Isn’t this business about being meticulous? Plus it wasn’t a cheap protector but I could tell that he was frustrated and that there was no point. And I even offered for him to just take the screen protector and refund me but nope, he kept trying to fix it with the SAME problematic protector. I gave up cos you know he wasn’t bothered. So here I am sharing with you guys to not go to this shop…
