Service from the short hair malaysian auntie is very rude and unapproachable. She literally embarrassed me by talking loud to say wait. She is not tackful in handling customer request. Kindly improve on your staff service. I will not be coming to this shop again to get scolded.

I would like to comment on two of the aunties that are working there. Firstly, the one with short hair. She would always allow others whom she knew to cut the queue, this certainly happened to me more than twice. Secondly, the aunty with ponytail. I went to the store to get fruit this evening and I asked her politely if it is ok for her to cut the fruits into smaller pieces for me. To which, she replied to me that I have to wait for her to finish serving the only customer behind of me before she could cut the fruits for me. I was totally ok with her doing that and I even thank her sincerely. However, after I collected my fruits and was about to leave, I could hear that the aunty was nagging behind and complaining to the other short hair aunty about me asking her to cut the fruits. For goodness sake, she could have rejected me instead of behaving in such rude manner. I was rejected by staff from another outlet before and I still bought the fruits from that particular outlet without being cut into smaller pieces. That was not it, she even gave me unripe pineapple which I threw away after eating the first two pieces. I will certainly not return to this outlet again!

Standard drop island wide. All their shake blend with coconut. I am allergy to coconut i ask for milk instead. They say only have coconut ice cream no vanilla ice cream. Then they add water until taste so diluted. Strawberry shake also add coconut. Pls review your products
