This is my second time buying drinks here, and for some reason, the staff have been quite rude when taking our orders, as if they don't want to be here at all. I really hope some improvements are made to their customer service, as this location doesn't feel welcoming. I'm not asking for much, just a bit of basic courtesy would be appreciated. Thank you.

Ordered Taro Mochi Milk tea. I only got Taro Mochi tea without milk. Is this the order combination?

Drinks here are decent and with unique pearl options. The chicken sandwich i ordered had well toasted bread(done just right) which i appreciate. The shredded chicken was acceptable but nothing too amazing about the sandwich. Almost every "main dish" on the menu can be accompanied by a drink as part of a set. Doesn't apply to the egglets that they are supposed to be more well known for though. My sandwich + medium sized drink + burnt caramel pearls costed me $10.40 in total.

Egg salad croissant is good, buttery & crispy. Egg roll is alright, too salty imo because there’s too much soy sauce - should serve it on the side. BBT is good as usual, my fav drink. Price can be more affordable. Environmental friendly cutlery 👍🏻 Will want to try the egglet next time. Overall, average place - good as a place for a quick drink and snack.

Ordered the black Sesame egglet on 3 Nov 850pm.. but was disappointed by the texture of it. Was expecting crispy airy egglet but ended up was like eating a soft fluffy cakey waffle.. the egglet was overly sweet too!!

Had an issue with my Order and the team (of 2 guys) efficiently resolved it by making me a new cup. They even went the extra mile to wash off some extra sugar on the caramel boba just to make sure that the sugar level was to my preference. Thanks guys! Appreciate it! ❤️

Best 85% DARK CHOCO ice creammmm ❤️❤️❤️… just wondering tho… do you actually allow customers to watch the NETFLIX shows on screen? I wouldnt mind to come during OFF-peak hours too

Had coffee, Taiwan milk tea and ice cream here. I love the coffee which is very aromatic and is strong but not over powering. My wife loves the milk tea with zero sugar. The kids did not finish the ice cream which was a surprise.

4 stars for pricey yakult chrysanthemum bubble tea, which is a bit bitter, but that's the usual for chrysanthemum tea. Not many options for non-caffeine. Quite expensive for one medium cup at sgd4.9 (not large). Grape pearls is additional sgd 1.3, so total for one cup is sgd6.2. Good service from staff though they aren't sure which drinks are non caffeinated but they did say they will clarify internally with headquarters. Seating area seats about 15 pax, place quite clean and seats comfy. Not noisy even though near claw machine shop and hairdresser. Good place to chill for a while with friends. Can also get ice cream. Will recommend.

Another new addition to @amk_hub! Playground by @playmadeonezo! A totally new concept that serves hot food as well as their bbt series! Fret not, their amk MRT bbt outlet isn’t closing as they focus on different concepts! The food they have range from building your own salad bowls, to egglets, to sandwiches and burgers. Waiting time took awhile, but that was because they heated the food up, which is fine by me. They also have a promo now where you get a free milk tea with each purchase! Chicken is pretty generous servicing and is hot. 🍗🧋 A new place always has teething problems as usual. It was quite a funny moment when they dunno what’s the diff between their sunrise and sunset coffee 🤣

The egglet didn’t look appetising at all in the photos flashed on the storefront displays, was reluctant to order it. Very glad I was proven wrong! One of the tastiest pastries I’ve had for awhile. It’s crispy on the outside, slightly chewy inside and not oily at all and the sweetness is just right. The menu photos really don’t do it justice, maybe it could be that the contrast is way too dark, and the shiny appearance makes it look oily and mushy🤔? I’m not a marketing person but the photos definitely need some rework…

The service at PlayMade @ AMK Hub was equally impressive. The staff were friendly and clearly passionate about their work from the drinks they serve. This passion translates into their products, making each bubble tea not just a drink, but a delightful experience. The bubble is chewy, flavorful, and with just the right amount of bounce. Yum

This establishment is an exceptional purveyor of bubble tea, consistently delivering a delightful experience. Their grape yakult green tea is a personal favorite, and I have yet to encounter a more amiable bubble tea establishment. The staff's remarkable attentiveness and personalized service set them apart from their competitors. While other stores may lack the same level of customer engagement, the AMK crew consistently exceeds expectations. I extend my sincere gratitude for their outstanding service.

Service not as bad as reviewed. I guess maybe just depend on the timing you visit. I visited on a Tuesday at 3:45pm. Order was served to me within 5 mins. Although you see there are grab delivery man, service staff is polite. The only one minus point is no other payment method except cash.
