My republic, Your customer service is horrible. My deposit has not been sent since my mobile service termination due to your staff who put a wrong bank name in giro. Your staff put Deutche bank, not DBS that I gave, but requested me to check. I replied to let her know but she has not responded for two weeks. I have no doubt that you will request me to leave my comment to your seedlyfeedback something. But before you request customers to leave additional comment through new channel, you have to follow up the customers emails that your staff has communicated with the customer. Dear readers, If you consider to sign up my republic, please walk away if you dont want to spend months to get your deposit back.

Am currently with another service provider and was thinking of switching to MyRepublic. Visited the stall at AMK Hub. Ken was of great help! He was very patient in answering my questions. We ended up signing a new contract with MyRepublic on the same day. Hopefully this awesome customer service will continue!

Jun Hao at AMK hub was very detailed in explaining the terms and conditions prior to us deciding on the purchase. Yet to try the wifi but hope it will turn out good!

Very disappointing! disrespectful! Customer ask for help failed to assist..how to assist when ears have ear buds on?! Total failure to customer!!
