This is the worst service I received in my entire life. Taking to the lady at My Republic customer service she can’t ever be bothered with you. I talked nicely to her that I just pot over my line from Simba to try out My Republic and the Simba line already dead but my line still not working with MyRepublic and I was told perhaps their sim cards got issue so I come down physically to AMK Hub asking for assistance. Each time I’m talking to her she just kept looking at her computer screen and said she already wrote in n there’s nothing she can help. Then I asked any possibility is the new sim cards issue, she replied no but in the end she changed my sim cards and the line just won’t connect. Long story short I rang the helpdesk after waiting for 3-5 days and they can’t solved my issue and did not give me a temporary line to use as well. Then I request for refund and pot me back to Simba and they agreed but did not do so. After calling the help line again n again the line finally working after 8-10 days. Then after 1 month they charge my credit card $41.41 instead of $7.99 additional $30 for the SIM cards! End up I got to head down to Sambawang Shopping Centre (cause AMK Hub service sucks). Let see how is the service at Sembawang.
