My rating is for Tracy and not for the product of the company. Bought a moorgen T9 which has unresolved issues until now so I am pending to see if the product works as promised.
However, about Tracy, her service is immaculate! Honestly from purchase to installation to after sales service, she just went above and beyond her call of duties.. I went to her even though i stay near wwp as I got unresponsive experience with the branch at wwp.. Before purchase, she answered all my queries ever so patiently, despite it was after her working hours, she still responded. During installation and when we faced issues, she took the initiatives to follow up, arrange for people to come down to have a look, reassured me time and again that she is there to help. She is very prompt, responsible and actively follow up with me on every steps of issues resolution.. thumbs up for Tracy, honestly I would be a repeat customer of her, and would recommend anyone to engage her service! I really hope the company can resolve my issue with the lock. Big and great idea on the functions offered by the lock but it doesn’t deliver what it promises to. Thank you Tracy!

Just call in to make inquiries but this woman that speaks mandarin is damn rude. Then while I was talking half way, she just bang the phone down. After that no one answer the phone already. What a lousy service from Amk hub. I will never visit that outlet again.
