Miss Stella is a very friendly and patient salesperson. She explained everything as I am first time to buy the digital locks. Their after sales service is super bad! Actually Miss Stella never tell me that there is a controller that can open the gate from inside. She answered me with not patiently when I asked her about the controller. I went back to their shop to ask how to connect my wifi bridge again after I change my wifi ID and Password. The sales person anyhow just forward me a video that I already checked and watched on YouTube. As for me, if you are the sales person, you need to know a little of technical of your own products. Luckily there was a technical person that to ask. From that day onwards, I started to tell my friends and relatives NOT to buy digital locks nor gate from them
