Went to the clinic at 1pm today and wanted to check on the price of the vaccination. The clinic states it was opened with the lights fully on hence we went in to check with the assistant. However the assistant was not quite friendly and requested us to call after 2pm. Understand that it is their lunch time but she could have been more helpful. Terrible experience at this clinic. I came with my 7-year-old daughter who was sick and clearly in need of medical attention. I provided my daughter’s insurance card and her ID number, but the receptionist (Fik Fazuli ) refused to register her without an IC card or a copy. I explained my daughter is PR so under 15 years doesn't have an IC yet, and that we've visited this clinic before. She ignored this and insisted on seeing my Singpass, which doesn’t even show my daughter’s IC. Her behavior was rude and dismissive, and when I expressed frustration and questioned if I was being treated unfairly, she told me to back off and to go ahead and call the police. Only after the doctor intervened and I showed him my daughter’s permit did they finally proceed with the registration. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where empathy and professionalism are crucial. I hope the clinic takes steps to retrain its front desk staff to treat patients with more respect and understanding.

Receptionist was completely unacceptable. Showed lots of bad attitude, unwilling to communicate clearly and politely. Booked an appt at 1130 for flu jab, arrived at 1135, only got the jab at 1230 (1 hr late). At least 3-4 people who registered and got their queue number after me saw the doctor before me. Completely unacceptable. Doctor was fine, it's just a simple quick jab.

No doctor sometimes even if the clinic is stated as open. You may make a wasted trip. Edit: I can’t reply to the reply sent by Minmed, but this is my reply to them. I don’t think there’s a need for further discussion - will not be making any trips to Minmed Ang Mo Kio branch until the issue is rectified, either by including the information on Googlemaps or making it so that there’s a doctor available during official opening hours. I would like to compliment your clinic assistant, Janice, for her outstanding service during my recent visit to Minmed AMK Clinic. I faced some confusion regarding the check-in process for my medical check-up, as the instructions I received differed from what was required at the clinic. Despite being busy, Janice took the time to understand my concern and assisted in contacting the relevant party to clarify the matter. Her help ensured that I could proceed smoothly with my appointment. Throughout my visit, I also observed how efficiently she managed multiple tasks at the front desk, even under pressure. While she handled everything well, the workload seemed heavy for one person, and I hope she will be given more support. Please extend my appreciation to Janice for her professionalism, patience, and dedication. She left a very positive impression.

I and my husband went to the Ang Mo Kio clinic on 24.7.25 and was assisted by Miss. Janice. She was very helpful in helping us make an appointment for our Medical Checkup. Excellent service at the clinic front desk. The staff Shah & YongXin were both friendly and efficient. They handled paperwork swiftly and answered all my questions clearly. Their warm demeanor really helps ease pre-appointment nerves. Proactively updated me on doctor's availability. Their friendly Doctors expertise combined with genuine concern for my long-term health is truly remarkable. Highly recommend this clinic!

The service at this Minmed Clinic is beyond exceptional. The receptionist was extremely caring, patient and professional while the doctor was very kind and gentle at the same time. Had a check-up and a blood test, the doctor explained in detail and drew my blood with absolutely no pain at all. I highly recommend this Minmed Clinic as it's extremely clean, fast results and affordable as well.

My initial experience at the clinic was frustrating due to a part-timer who provided incorrect information, long waiting time, causing me to make two unnecessary trips and failing to give me the required form for my helper's 6ME X-ray scan. However, Janice completely turned things around. She reached out immediately after resuming work that evening and proposed a solution. While I still had to make another trip—which was beyond her control—she diligently followed up, kept me updated, and ensured the results were expedited and uploaded to MOM on time. Janice was incredibly helpful, proactive, and friendly throughout the process. Her dedication truly salvaged my experience. Thank you, Janice! Your boss should definitely give you a raise for upholding the clinic’s reputation!
