2024.12 Went back for a llao after like 4 years of not having one. The price has gone up by about 50% since the time the opened their first outlet 10 years ago. The taste has sadly fallen 50% In the other direction.

This outlet unfortunately seems to always be short of staff. When I was here last month, there was only 1 girl serving, and she was severely sick so she kept placing the “Out for Break” sign every 5 minutes as there was no one else to cover her. Today I’m back, and AGAIN there’s the “Out for Break” sign. Totally understand the need for service crew to have their meals when required, but management definitely needs to place at least 2 staff at the minimum to cover for each other. Especially when this is prime evening peak hour where foot traffic in the mall is high. I come every month to purchase a large order and this has happened twice now. You’re losing quite a bit of business here, not just from me but others as well.

Terrible. Look at the comparison between mine (left) and the next customer’s (right). Asked the staff how come there was such a big difference when it’s the same size cup and she said because mine was filled more at the bottom but turns out there’s a huge hole inside as well😩 and both staff did not weigh the yogurt so how could she tell me that I had more at the bottom… Llaollao please regulate your staff’s serving portions.. $8 for this is ridiculous

Fruit serving was really little. The number of pieces given were 6-7 tiny chopped cubes for that 1 scoop. And the medium serve costs $7 :(

I was so excited when knowing there is a outlet at AMK hub but turn up really big disappointment. The lesser ice cream i have ever had. Almost empty at the bottom. The sauce so little too.

The employee name “Jason” really no patience for customer. Thinking for the topping within one minute direct go for his own thing, really 0 patience for service. The yogurt definitely is good. Thanks

the llao llao was amazing but current male employee working at llao llao amk outlet right now is extremely rude and inefficient. was told not to stand near llao llao waiting for it to reopen when he was on break just so that management won’t question him. this happened to me twice with the same person. he was also rude when serving us and not allowing us to think before saying what we wanted.

I would like to commend Sofia, the Malay girl, for her outstanding service. She is always polite and very helpful. I hope the management recognizes her dedication and takes good care of such an excellent staff member. I make it a point to visit every week since my child attends ballet school nearby, and her service always makes the experience enjoyable.
