Very disappointed with the service at amk hub outlet.The staff-Axgexa was rude and seemed annoyed when taking my order. There was no greeting, and she acted like I was bothering them. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, and they showed little interest in helping or even basic courtesy. It really affected my impression of the place. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training for staff.

Dreaming….. assuming arrogant staff…. I did mobile-ordered and the status was always at “Paid”, never progress to “Preparing”. Waited and waited. Two walk-in customers came and left with their drinks. Having waited enough, I approached and the staff ignored me. So I asked for my mobile-order, then I saw my drink already sitting at the counter. Never once, my order #759 was not displayed. The receipt indicated “#15”. Who the hell would know the order number became #15…..?!?!?! This kind of ignorance towards mobile order is ridiculous. Mobile order is for customers who did not want to wait and wish to just place order ahead and then pick up instantly when arrived at stores. Mobile order save your manpower for ordering too…. Wake up… Train your staff properly.

i used to buy koi from amk hub everyday but nowadays the drink taste SO BAD. i bought caramel milk tea today and wow it tasted like nothing but diluted water with pearl. there was NO milk taste or sweetness at all. it taste so bad, please do something about the AMK outlet… the quality definitely dropped for the past few months. All the milk tea i’ve tried barely had any milk taste. I love koi but this outlet is just NOT IT.

Trash experience. The staff was not helpful at all. Did not even have the capacity to check whether the order is available. After ordering, asking the staff twice and waiting for over 15mins. The staff suddenly came with the news that the order is no longer available. Would appreciate it if they can avoid such situations especially when they are wasting people's time and not giving being remorseful at all.

hi, my mother went to this outlet around 1PM today 4 jan 2025. its her first time ordering so she went to the counter to make an order. unfortunately she was served by this boy, black shirt, shirt hair in spectacles. he rudely and impatiently just told my mom off and to just use the kiosk as he is “busy”. saw several other bad reviews on this guy and he is still behaving like this??? what kind of special training does koi provide for their staff? pls take action.
