Koi has always been my favourite bbt brand. Staffs are polite and hardworking despite big orders. Recommended to order on the app so that it saves your time. Keep it up koi!

Disappointed with the poor service and attitude at this outlet. I understand that the staff who took my order might have been new and unsure whether a drink could come with double toppings — that’s fine. But what’s not acceptable is how another crew member rudely cut in, just said “cannot” with no explanation, and walked off mid-conversation. It was unprofessional and dismissive. Thankfully, a senior staff eventually stepped in and resolved the issue by refunding me, but the whole experience left a very bad impression. Please train your staff better in handling customers respectfully, especially when resolving misunderstandings.

I like koi... so everytime passby sure buy... This is one of the store, i repeating order if i passby... sometime have to wait for awhile... plus they got alot of order... if you have koi app, order at app... then u can go walk walk then come back collect cos outside abit hot... Anyway this outlet, their bbt got standard... compare to other outlet... 🫶

I went to KOI to purchase gift cards for company's event, I asked if getting 3 cards to end up amounting to $12/$15/$20 each was possible. The staff who was manning the cashier said yes, but had to do it by purchasing the $12 cards first. Okay, I thought of this as normal procedure, then the top-up would come later. After he passed me all 3 cards, he continued about his other duties, and so I asked if I could do the top-ups to amount to $15 and $20 for 2 of the 3 cards. He ended up looking so lost at me, and told me that it wasn't possible. I was so confused and I said, "but you told me it was possible earlier." He ended up having one of his senior colleague helping with the card that amounted to $20, and they left me without solving my card which needed to be at $15. So, I asked again, about the top-up for the other card. This time he pulled in another senior colleague to basically end up telling me they only do these in denominations of $10 - which I only knew about now. I decided to give up after the second senior staff said the system would not be able to do that - so no point trying anymore, I just said okay never mind, thank you, and left. Anyway, this staff did not bother apologising for the lack of clear communication and for misunderstanding what I've asked for to begin with. I gave up and decided to leave and work around this mistake instead. I've never had bad experiences with KOI's staffers, but being front-line and being unable to communicate with customers clearly is truly unacceptable. I understand English may not be everyone's strong suit, but he could've asked if I could explain to it in Mandarin if he wasn't fully sure (p.s. we both look obviously chinese-speaking but it would have been good if he asked.) I'm seriously hoping KOI would do something about this. P.S. I wanted to thank that senior staff there who at least helped me with half of my issues. I'm sorry my issues you had to help with probably made your day not as great.

Their drinks are great and I don’t have a bad experience with their customer service at all! Honestly, I get that they can be very busy at times, but they keep forgetting to pack the thick straws with the drinks with toppings You can still suck the toppings out of the thinner straws, it just takes more effort

V fast, but gave barely any orh nee and taro pearls. There were only 5 taro pearls and one tsp of orh nee paste. I ordered large too.

Didn’t even wan to give a stat but no choice . Lousy service , understand that there may be some wait during rush hour. however this stall has issues coping with both their delivery and irl orders. Asked if my drink was ready after 20 mins, they said no. Went back 10 mins later and checked, they said not ready again. I looked down into the counter and spotted my drink there and pointed at it, she did not even apologise. Poor attitude.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the KOI outlet in AMK Hub. When my colleague and I approached a staff member named Angela to ask about how to order, make payment, use the ShopBack promotion, and add toppings, she responded with a very impatient attitude. Instead of assisting us, Angela just told us to “order from your side” and ignored us. I was confused—how am I supposed to place an order myself when I’m not a KOI staff and don’t have access to your ordering terminal? When I asked further, she gave us a condescending look (鄙视的眼神), making us feel like we were bothering her by asking basic questions. As paying customers, we expected some basic courtesy and guidance, but were instead met with rudeness and zero help. I hope KOI management takes this seriously and works on improving the customer service at this outlet.

Similar to other reviews, the staff refused to accept orders manually. This time, it was a female Chinese staff, who was on duty at 3pm, 4 May 2025, Sunday. She claimed to be busy, totally disregarding the Q at the self-service kiosk.

Bad customer service experience! Receipt at the kiosk did not worked, approached the staff & they did not offer to fixed it for me until i ask then for my order number. The relatively tall girl w/ a brown perm pony tail took a internal order & rudely asked if it’s this order - how was the i know? 🤡
