Every time visit the bank have to wait for very long, even that is not much people in the queue. The counter staff attitude also very bad.

I visited ICBC AMK branch this afternoon, 14 Jan 2025 Tuesday. The staff here are friendly and very patient, answering all customers’ questions. I’ve noticed that the service time depends on each customer’s request. Some customers waste time asking unrelated questions or don’t even know what they want. Instead of blaming the staff for being slow, why not blame the clueless customers who drag out the whole banking process? Have some basic empathy and stop acting like a spoiled child.

2 hours waiting time, moreover they don’t follow the queue number to call out. Extremely low productivity, average time taken for 1 customer is about 20 minutes. Slacking and lousy staffs.

Counter staff extremely unfriendly & rude. Especially the supervisor & the staff seating in 2nd left counter. Pls employ more friendly and kind staffs! No customers and don't want to serve us even we have queue number. Just busy doing their things, like we are transparent! Bad experience! Internet banking system not user friendly too!! No wonder so many bad review. Will not use the ICBC service.

I went icbc Amk for open FD fix deposite sgd.30k, i bring cash with receipt withdrawal from DBS Bank. I waiting 1.5hours for my turn. At counter lady told me serve 1 customer for 30minuate. This is the bank very lousy in world , slow, take own sweet time the counter teller. And the end i can't do FD fix deposite , the staff said must waiting 3days and email from them. Really make me disappointed and waste my time.

wld given 0 stars if possible. worst service experienced in a bank before. waited 3 hours++++ just to open a bank. my number was 114, the number was stuck at 113 for a good 1hr ++ and yet when I asked the staff when my turn will come, kept getting rude replies of ā€œyou’re nextā€ while they continued to talk happily to their other colleagues. i do not recommend this place whatsoever.

Unfortunately the bank is always full of customers. 3 to 4 cashier counters but only 1 cashier is active. The rest? Always talking to each other. Most frustrating

Most customers were old and yet got to queue for more than 2.5hours. I came yesterday evening at 5.45pm but was told they have stopped issuing queue no. I went all the way to the AMK branch, the counter staff asked me to go home.
