Very long waiting time! They served 3 pax over almost 1 hour. Their sms service is down and expects customers to go back and check when will be their turn every now and then! Omg!

Less than 10 customer in bank but waited 1 hour and still counting. Very very very slow. Prob reason to withdraw most of my money. Keeping it as just a casual saving account.

The branch of this bank takes more than 90 mins to see 10 customers and I was told not able to wait around and went to Starbucks, came back after 50 mins my number was still 5 numbers away!!! After 45 mins they only clear 5 customers with two tellers and one guy at wealth mgt service. The most inefficient bank in Singapore !!!

Some people just walk in later den me by 30 mins but got served immediately...I waited for more than 35 mins for simple service....

Got a queue number and 1 hour later still far away. Gave up and tried Sembawang Sun Plaza outlet - amazingly waited only 1 minute! Don’t bother waiting at AMK branch
