The staff lady was very dishonest. I purchased the nuts, and she didn’t give me the freebie. She claimed it was out of stock, but in reality, she just forgot. Instead of admitting her mistake, she lied. As a customer, I wouldn’t have blamed her if she had just been honest. Please improve your customer service!!! Happened 26.5.25 very mad as a long term customer

Feeling upset today I went to amk hub to buy a homemade peach gum dessert at $3.50. The sales person rejected my $2 because is purplish not torn, not broken just got reject because is purple sgd $2, I received this $2 from other vendor that sells food too . Just why they don't accept my money? I had to paid in card. I wonder if they don't trust me or don't want money? 🤷 make me feel stupid just a $2 not $100

1. I bought the golden flaxseed powder can. $12.80. After that i check the organic flaxseed $6+ in fairprice. I wonder what the difference. 2. After i told the guy i have a few cans in the store, he says can buy a few more cans. I am not sure he is hitting his sales target or listening to me 3. The lady keep trying to ask me buy 2 packs of hashima. Too pushy sales culture. Unlikely to visit them again.

I bought many years. Your 55-65$ birdnest. I get 9 + 3 bottles... I got 4 sets I can give out. First time encounter... Your young lady staff. Malaysian. Don't want give me 4 recyclable bags... Pls teach her. Also thank her for saving the environment. P.s. I even went back to take your yellow plastic bag from her... If not, how I gift? Put in kopitiam plastic bag meh?

Today (5/1/22 evening), I went with 3 colleagues to redeem the canned abalones that M Mall member gave away. When I arrived at Fook Wah, I told the clerk that I came to redeem this. Then my colleagues and I heard the female employee (with long straight hair) say that those who answered the phone must be here to get this thing (said in a very sour tone), shouldn’t your company educate such employees? You give it away for free, so what is the attitude of the employees?

Great place to grab some Chinese herbs. What I really liked was that they have bottled herbal tea here, all of which are quite reasonably priced. Was shopping for groceries at Fairprice. Grabbed a bottle of wheatgrass luo han guo tea for $2.20, and headed off.
