Dec 2022 so called up to 50% off is very misleading. The long sleeved shirts absolutely no discount and the store is empty. Been a supporter of G2000 for more than 2 decades and pricing has increased so much but not the quality. Too bad.

Wanted to give kudos to Kelvin. Even though we couldn't get the size I wanted, he went through a lot of time and trouble to look for sizes in the store, check other outlets and even suggest other clothes pairings. He was kind, patient and super friendly! Excellent role model of service, thanks Kelvin!

Was served by a senior male staff (did not manage to catch his name but receipt stated Kelvin Lim), he was not only very polite and professional, but went to great lengths to support my purchases. He provided an excellent shopping experience. Highly recommended.

Visited this outlet a few times. Our most recent visit was just last night, at around 8pm. The senior male staff (didn't manage to get his name) has always been very friendly and polite. His product knowledge is impressive, and is not afraid to share his honest opinions to help us with our indecisiveness. We really needed his advices. Just a small feedback on the color choices for g2000 tech-work series. It will be great if they had more dark colour choices!

The staff at the amk branch, Calvin / Kelvin whom attended to me was very friendly, professional and polite. He is very passionate while explaining to me on my requirements and taking my measurements. I sent in my blazer for alteration like 2 months ago before I visited the store to collect it. He still remembered me from our first encounter. Indeed a positive experience

I know this is a delayed post, but I just had to share my experience. I was in urgent need of a suit for work and headed to this G2000 store at AMK Hub. Normally, I just grab a suit based on my size and go, but since it had been a while since I last bought a suit, I had to try a few pieces to get the right fit. The retail staff, a young Malay lady (I unfortunately forgot her name), was serving a few other customers at the time, but she still managed to attend to my request and was incredibly patient as I tried on different sizes and colors. Despite the multiple attempts to the back store to find my size, she never lost her smile and even gave her opinion when I was deciding between two sizes and colours - which was very helpful. Overall, I was impressed with her excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, and her positive attitude made the experience much more enjoyable. Thank you to the staff, especially the young Malay lady, for their exceptional service. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future.

Very good experience, very nice costumes and professional advice. However a very important problem : they forgot to remove the anti theft, which I therefore needed to withdraw myself - which was risky for the costume. Otherwise, excellent service.
