Giving a lower rating for the service because the same guy who makes the hot drinks always fills the cup only halfway. Despite providing feedback on their website, nothing has changed. His behaviour is damaging the reputation of the others who always do an excellent job.

Standard Each A Cup outlet, just that this is in the middle of the air conditioned food hall. Ordered an ice milo pearl milk tea, and very much got what I asked for - milo, pearl, and milk tea. For the price points, you can't really complain. That said, I would have appreciated better quality ingredients used inside the drink.

It was my first time traveling to Singapore. I saw this brand and had never tried it before, so I decided to buy it just to give it a try. It turned out to be more delicious than I expected. I even missed its drinks after returning home. The attitude of the staff was also great.
