My first time doing a paying return package from an online platform at DHL service point. Usually, DHL comes and collect the item at home pretty effectively. The lady who provided the service was kind but the process was sort of confusing and took about 40 minutes to be solved. The item was delivered a week + ago and the package has not arrived to its destination yet. So l haven’t been able to process neither the devolution or the claim for the paid return, as agreed with the online platform. In total. l think l ve been about 5+ hours to try to find a solution but not satisfactory answer yet.
