The cashier(not sure if owner) has very bad manners. We were choosing balloons and accessories and asking for some items. Then suddenly he became agitated and impatient. After we pay for the items, he purposely bang something hard on the cashier table as though to protest. We are really clueless when and how did we upset him. Anyway we won't be coming back anymore. For those visiting be aware of the owner weird temper!

Faced a very bad service attitude yesterday morning. A birthday party suppose to be happy but the guy atitude spoilt it!! The best is he even encourage to put bad comment, it's a SERVICE business. Maybe he is just an employee.

The aunty there was very nice and gave me all the info i needed and showed me all products for me to select from and i ended up finding one that i liked better than the original one i selected

Great shop to visit if you’re looking for party decorations for all ages — from young to old. They have a wide variety of number candles and number balloons, plus many different birthday banner designs. There’s also a large selection of other balloons, with the option to add helium. The shop assistant was also able to help give advice on what would look better.

This shop has a variety of decorating items covering every function at very affordable prices. Such a gem to stationery lovers. I loved their greeting card collection, one card cost me around $4 the designs were beautiful.

Came here looking for a birthday gift for a friend of mine and was amazed by the wide range of products available, especially the balloon selection! The young gentleman was very helpful and helped me make this beautiful Princess Belle balloon bouquet that my dear friend is still very much in love with. The helium filled balloon lasted for a good month and she recently returned to the shop to get it refilled with helium gas which is a service offered by them. Thanks man! I'll definitely be back for more. Highly recommended.

Bought a handheld fan (with chargeable battery) from Rivervale Mall outlet. Few days later when I started using it, I found out that the charger inside the box didn't fit the fan. I went back to the shop and was given an exchange. Few weeks later, the battery could not be charged hence the fan could only work on electrical power directly. I returned to the shop and was pleasantly surprised to be given an exchange! The couple (about middle-aged) was really nice and friendly. Great customer service! I will certainly patronise the shop again!
