This place is a scam. Do not go!! My mom went to their booth in kovan for the $98 eyebrow embroidery . They slowly introduce costs during the process saying if you don’t add it will turn out ugly . My mom ended up paying $600 for their eyebrow . They are major major scammers

Went for their $98 + embroidery eyebrows. Ended up that I had to pay more than $800+ premium with no free touch up. Spent 3 hrs there feeling frustrated as kinda struck as have to either go for the dark embroidery or the more expensive one. Wanted to give up but was told that I had to either go for the expensive one or the cheap but ugly one. Sigh... Also had to pay for their expensive anti inflammatory cream I guess. In the end didn't bother. Had been encouraged to take their package if I want the free embroidery. Sigh.. won't go there any more

Visited this branch earlier today due to singsaver promo worth $500 plus. Actually had in mind to consider to continue engaging their facial services if it went well but.. felt that I was treated with judgement. So no thanks. Counter lady did not even bother to be friendly, or go through what to expect, or tell me what this service entails. I had to ask, and all I got from her was that I am getting "a customised facial", where the staff will assess my face and give the treatment accordingly. It did not turn out to be the case, as no assesement was done at all and the staff just gone on to do an ache and pimples treatment like it was already pre-determined. Could have just been upfront about it. The staff that attended to be did not intro herself, or tell me any details either. The only details I got throughout the facial was her asking me whether I want to shave my eyebrows, or informing me that she was going put the mask on my face, or not to open my eyes. From the start to the end of the session, no one gone through what was done to my face, nor there was any "assessment" done. I have done facials before, and have not received such lousy service before. So.. definitely not worth for me coming here ever again. Go at your own risk..

Went for Bojin facial, and this is the first time I experienced single hand bojin. The therapist was resting her left hand besides my pillow and just using her right hand to tug my skin with the bojin tool. Throughout the facial treatment, she was yawning, burping and didn't even bother to apologize for this. Rude therapist.

Very dishonest sales tactics. Tell the sales person about requirements of brows and conform all details and after start doing brows..Ask to top up. and insist to continue..DISHONEST. At road show at AMK Hub. Don't try.

I found out that Chrysalis Spa was offering a free one-time customised facial as part of the We Support NS initiative. After contacting them to make an appointment, I was able to secure a slot quickly. I felt taken care of throughout my appointment as the staff present with me would take the time and effort to explain what products/procedures were being used/done. After my session had concluded, they informed me what options I could pursue that were in line with my skin condition. I appreciate the service rendered to me and will consider revisiting.

I am so happy with the comments my friends are giving me for my pair of brows though a little pricey. I am amazed with their latest technology doing the Semi Permanent BB Blusher and BB Lips. Painless and no downtime. They are just lovely for the coming Lunar New Year. I am not a makeup person but the way they do the BB Blush and BB Lips for me were just fantastic. I am impressed. Definitely will recommend to my friends and relatives. Must Try!

Chanced upon their event n did a premium eyebrow with Wendy. She is very detailed in her explanation n skillful. Of course, the more expensive one got more strokes. I am happy and will come back for touch up next month. Job well done
