The plump cashier with black-framed spectacles is always not at the counter. I had a $5 mall voucher but he decides not to let me redeem it (because he doesn't want to click on 'Coupon' in the reader). Have always been a regular customer with Chicken Pie Kitchen but the hiring quality at this outlet needs to be assessed.

I have been buying the big black pepper pies now and then. Must say that it is better than any of the takeaway chicken pies in Singapore. The large shepherd's pie is also good. We have tried the singular apple pie and that is excellent as the filling had nuts and raisins besides apples. Bought the half slab Kueh Lapis before but that one is a disappointment to me as it wasn't buttery to me.

Lady attending the store is rude and is only interested in checking out updates on her handphone. And snap at questioned asked and served as though we owed her a living.

Used to get their pies at Tang Plaza, but glad they opened one closer to my house. Bought their 4-in-1 large pie ($38.80) with multiple flavours. My favourite is still their orginal chicken pie flavour which is very hearty. They are especially generous with the hard-boiled eggs, and the eggs are cooked perfectly.

always have to head to the Tyrwhitt Road outlet to get my pie fix but not anymore because they have one nearer to me here at the heartlands of AMK! Quality and taste is as consistent with the main outlet. If you’re in the area and craving pie, highly recommend this place.
