Products are placed all over the place, ice cream packaging left in the shopping basket for customers use. Staff was extremely rude, slamming the ice cream and products on the table after purchase. No hi, no thank you and no sorry. All of that is alright but that nasty attitude seems to be consistent by the same staff (older lady) with no name tag on, avoid this branch at.

Online ordered 2 sliced cakes for self collection but after collecting and opening the box, I realized they gave me the wrong order for 1 of the sliced cakes. They gave me another flavor instead of the one I ordered. (I mean what could go wrong? It's just 2 simple sliced cakes) Sent an email/ig message to them and they resolved the issue by allowing me to choose 2 sliced cakes of my preferred choice on my next visit. Good customer service and recovery I would say. Will purchase again from them.

It’s usually a hit or miss re: service at châteraisé outlets but every time I patronise this store, it’s nothing but very friendly and helpful service rendered. The price point and quality are always two of the best aspects of this brand. Kudos to the AMK hub team =)

Done my dinner. Wanted to get a dessert. Saw Chasteraise, went in and took 2 ice creams. Everyone else choosing cakes. A lady paying in front of me. Queueing to be next in line. My turn, I put down my ice cream, the cashier skipped me and settle the payment for the lady behind me first. Why? Cause I just bought 2 ice creams and she bought a cake? Or I need to wait for everyone else at the cake section to decide on which cake they want only I can pay for my ice creams?

Service very bad 👎👎 the staff indecorous with customer the tall girl take wrong the cake I want then i want to change but she unhappy said “can’t not talk the name of cake ah?” Of coz i got bought many times but will stop now 😓 …
