Absolutely loved my visit to Châteraisé @ AMK Hub! I picked up their Strawberry Fresh Cream Cake and it was pure perfection from the very first bite. The sponge was incredibly light and fluffy, the cream was delicately sweet without being overpowering, and the strawberries—oh my—were fresh, juicy, and generously layered throughout. You can truly taste the quality and craftsmanship in every slice.
The presentation was also stunning—elegant, clean, and exactly what you’d expect from a premium Japanese patisserie. The staff were polite and efficient. It was a total crowd-pleaser, and I’ll definitely be returning for more.
Highly recommend Châteraisé if you're after a cake that’s both indulgent and refreshing. Five stars all the way!

Had this a couple of times. Nice matcha cream that’s not too sweet.
However today‘s puff seems 30% smaller than what I had the previous time? Amount of cream was lesser as well. A little disappointed! Hope the quality can be consistent/better next time! > 3*

New found love! The baked cheese cake ice-cream is cheesy, yummy and creamy, just like a piece of dense cheese cake on a stick. The matcha mochi with cream is chewy and delicious, with the correct portion of cream and matcha. Matcha ice-cream is thick, creamy and slightly bitter. Good quality milk. Will definitely purchase them again or return to try the other pastries/snacks.

Very lousy cake ordered. Nothing different from roadside cake shop (or even worse). The cake base is sponge that can absorb water (hard) and I taste no hokkaido milk as advertised. Not worth the $50 for mere 18cm cake. Don't waste time and money to buy cakes from them!

Attitude of staff is appalling, rude older lady slammed the ice cream on the counter during payment. There’s no hi, no thank you and no sorry. All that is okay but the store is poorly kept. Ice cream packaging left in baskets, and there are plastic wrappers on the floor. It’s 12.20pm in the afternoon, there isn’t even a crowd, can’t they at least make the store look presentable? Staffs attitude is an ongoing issue after a few terrible encounters with the same staff, it’s safe to say today is my last visit to this chateraise branch
