Bright. clean, fast service with friendly staff! Bbq at ease without worrying the smoky smell lingering on your hair and clothes as their bbq grill seems to be able to purge it very well. The chicken meat seems to be thigh meat but was cut too thick to bbq properly and may have some meat smell. Stay with the pork slices is preferred. Bbq Garlic soy sauce is the best dip!

I went for the Unlimited Like buffet, 80mins. Food: Great Service: Great Atmosphere: Full Edit: I went for the Unlimited Like Buddy Buffet. Food: I felt that the quality of the cuts declined. Service: Great Atmosphere: Not as many people as before.

Interesting.. U get to cook the meat yourself.. The lunchtime sets come w green tea, salad or kimchi, rice and meat of your choice. The meat is quite little and suitable for small eaters .. This place is suitable for solo diners.. U can have your grilled meat without feeling awkward being alone. There is a wide variety of sauces that u can help yourself to. They dont not have service charge and gst. The place fills up v fast during peak hours.. There is a limit of 50mins dining time

Ayu gave great service. Food listed is all nett price. Will come back again! They've got a great suction system, so you dont smell like bbq after you leave. 1 set meal of 200g is about 18sgd

Dirty bowl and utensils. :( Had to request for a change of the meat as the one they gave was very broken, making it hard to cook. Then they cleaned the fire grill next to where you're eating... was not too... hygenic? By this time there weren't any new customers. Oh. And when they hit the signage and it almost falls on your bowl, there's no apology. At least one of the female staff was nice though...

Ordered the XL Karubi set. The only thing XL about it was the amount of fat.. hardly any meat Been a regular at this outlet, but I don't think I'll ever return as I feel cheated.

Have been a regular customer here, the ambience and service is good. But some how i notice the meat is different from last time. The beef cutting becomes too thick and was tough. Even when i ask for exchange, the one exchange for me is still having some problem. Maybe they change the supplier of the meat. May try at bishan outlet if the beef condition is still the same.But so far so good. For those who like meat can give it a try.

Ordered Quattro Set, love the mini choregi salad which is very fresh and the seaweed soup is so good with taste of bonito but the rice is very low quality, hope they look into the quality of “Japanese” rice.

The new grill is not good for grilling meat. It does not spread the heat evenly. Worse still, the grill is non-stick. The karubi all got stuck on the grill and breaks into little pieces and dropped into the oil below. Don't know why they change a working formula.

The food was delivered fast and it was delicious. I was served by Eileen and I love her service as she had a great attitude.
