Elaine was so lovely to deal with, she was patient and friendly. She offered great advice and has great knowledge of the products! To say the least I was quite picky and asked lots of questions, she handled my queries extremely well and was quick to respond. It was hard choosing a florist as we are from overseas but she's proven I've picked the right one!! Thanks very much Elaine!! You're a super ⭐! 👍👍👍

Made an order for collection on the 15th 10am few days in advance. The staff only came at 10.30 and i had to wait about 10mins for the flowers to be done. spending $80 to see it being rushed out in less than 10mins does feels off but it look decent so that’s good.
