Was only sitting and eating for about 30 minutes, when the young woman staff came to our table to tell us to give up the table next to us. This was about 7.45pm. So we had to carry out stuff whule eating. There was also another table that can sit 4, with only 2 people sitting. And they were talking and on their phones. Not even eating or drinking anything. They were there when we sat down. We were still eating when the staff came and told us to take off our things from the next table. I don't know why they couldn't ask the other table if they are done as others wanted to sit. We haven't even finished out meal. Very disappointed as service was better a while ago.

Ordered milk tea.. taste like hot water. Requested to change. He just pour away some & add a bit of tea.. Tasted awful. Will look for better choice next time. Disappointed.

I order 1 coffee 1 toast ， when the electronic ring and I go to counter to pickup my coffee and toast ，the right aunty in photo nagging me the coffee is not my coffee and bla bla bla ，then I ask where is my coffee？ Then after awhile she only find out that is my coffee. Very disappointed for the staff service，very impatient，the food also soso ，will not come again.

Quick lunch with the mee goreng which was spicy enough but lacked flavour. The fried hard boiled egg and luncheon meat were nice though. Iced lemon tea was great as always while service was friendly.

Come on please do better. I ordered a pandan chiffon cake from Foodpanda and it came with this measly piece of pastry….nevermind it didnt look like the photo pictured but this bitten off piece of cake for $2.6 on foodpanda?? boycotting toastbox from now on

Hello wake up toast box. You hire the worker that dont like the job? Many other people waiting to join . Staff are not trained properly you let them to the front line ? Your staff service standard is very low and inpatient . Was my first day visiting and i think your outlet is the worst i have ever experienced . Please wake up your idea counter crew. To manament: please walk the ground and test your crew to see if really is a problem.

Just my personal thought that only when they have the promotion to get more cups at lower price then it’s worth patronizing if not, I feel that it’s becoming a luxury to patronize Toast Box.

Place was packed when I visited and there was a long line to purchase items. Managed to get a table after waiting about 10 mins. My coffee ☕ was decent. Not as good as Ya Kun's but drinkable. Staff was busy but hard at work clearing tablets. Decent spot to stop for afternoon cup of coffee ☕ I the line/wait isn't too long.

I always patronised Toast Box bec they are the very few coffee outlets that are able to produce consistently good local coffee. Ironically, I have never rated any of the locations, except this sublet.
What impressed me was the way it had organized itself, first with a courteous staff uncle greeting you and asking if you are having the session at location or take away. There is another Q for take always. Thereafter, he would diligently clear any empty tables and direct you to it, ensuring the table is reserved for you.
The manager (the one in brown uniform) also impresses me bec despite being very busy, she would (small tattoo on her right arm) asked politely what you want and serve you diligently. The Tao Chiu (coffee brewer) would also ensure his coffee is brewed w best quality (trust me, there is a diff). And finally, when your order is alighted late, the other staff would bring it to you!

Today is another happy day. I have never been to this branch to buy something. This is my first time. But the cashier here is named Yong Qi and she is very friendly and attentive. Recommended👍🏻Will come again.
